I see there is massive speculation in CPX today - up over 200% - I'm wondering whether any of that will spill over into DGI, or whether those punting CPX will do their research first and see how superior we are , then possibly put some of their profits in here.

Laura2022 - DGI are not on AIM - they are fully listed on the main market.

CPX are screwed because of bad management, bad luck, bad judgement but no bad products.

Their total mcap is under £450,000 so if its correct that DGI are angling for an acquisition there it would make sound commercial sense and could, at the moment, be picked up for a song.

I suppose it's a question of "watch this space". They did have a tie-up (of sorts) with Tesla so this is maybe the first of some interesting deals by the 3 ex-Tesla amigos.

It looks like we're building up a nice interesting investment here.

As for an RNS - it will drop when it drops. As you say, DYOR and you will see the timeline of the company there in black and white anyway. Patience and accumulation are the watchword here in my view, nothing is guaranteed or set in stone, but here is probably one of the best chances out there to be a major player in the next wave of EV/battery/drive technology.

It has been stated many times and must be stated again - the 3 ex-Tesla guys wouldn't have given this a second look if something special wasn't lurking here.

Fraud deceit and scam always occur when one of the directors takes an almost 30% stake in the company.

Cyrox - a good article, but no need to worry. DGI are way ahead of them, as it says in the article, they "aim to have their battery in EV's in 5 years".

We are up and running on 300w already, and it seems just awaiting a tie-up with a major.

Ridiculous "placing" rumours seem to be holding this down. Only serves to allow LTH's to accumulate more under the 0.2p mark.

JCool - good post. It's my personal view that there may be a tie-up with one or more of those companies going forward. I don't think we're looking at Tesla, but I think the 3 ex-Tesla guys will by now have fingers in many other pies regarding other companies.

I'm no proponent of the climate change movement, but it's obvious that now the way forward is electric, and despite the (erroenous) stories that EV sales have fallen, there is going to be a huge surge in demand for electric vehicles in the near future, so I'd expect DGI to be tying up some next-generation deals in the near future. That will be the start of the game-changing RNS's we're looking for.

Just my personal view and DYOR. For any newbies reading this and thinking of investing there is much to read and I'm convinced you'll find it all very positive.

HyperAl - my comments were based on what others what saying, not myself. For the company to buy some shares back here isn't a bad idea in total, if there is game-changing news on the way.

I agree with you re Nasdaq - not a good idea at this stage, but I think the original comment was made about it some time ago on the proviso that we actually did grow as big as some want, and embrace something not just world beating but something the world will sit up and take note of.

You'll note I also said that dividends were miles off (if ever), and most if not all here are here for growth, certainly at this stage.

I suspect, like me, you are an advocate for walking before you can run, and quite a few here have commented that this is a "slow burner". My personal modus operandi is to buy any meaningful dips, and simply accumulate and hold. l certainly think we will be at or over 1p by the end of the year on current form, and am looking on a 3-5 year view, but we will have a much better idea of how this is going to pan out long before then.

I'd say the next 3-6 months are the most important to lay the groundwork and foundations for the super growth we are all expecting, so on balance yes I agree with your comments but still don't see any harm in the company itself holding shares in treasury, the same as some companies now in the US are beginning to hold some bitcoin.

Jcool - fully agree. Share buybacks are currently in vogue, although here because we have such a small mcap, currently around £18m, any announcement on that front would be very modest.

It's accepted we are light years away from any dividends, but then most are here for growth in any case, and if we are serious about an eventual Nasdaq listing (in my view too a while away) then the sp will have to be many multiples of the current 0.18p to achieve that. Buying back our currently undervalued shares by the company would be a start. Obviously the big impact won't come through until we get a string of regular positive RNS's, but like others I have 100% confidence in the work our 3 amigo's, plus the others lets not forget them either, are doing behind the scenes to build DGI into a world-class company.

If you are a strong believer here, buying and holding to start shrinking the free float is a good start towards making the shares more valuable. That, obviously, is only going to be done when we get more proof of positive progress here, which I am in doubt isn't far away.

Obviously now in the grip of small parcel selling from those awaiting news.

This is currently very much news-driven, which will come.

It's all a question of patience. Eventually the dips will be bought.

Tata is massive, and it looks as though they are positioning Jaguar for an all-electric future.

I wouldn't rule out an eventual tie-up with them for DGI. Only my view and DYOR, but Tesla aren't the only game in town.

Putting aside the recent stories about EV sales falling, it's noticeable from this article (primarily about automatic gearboxes) that the younger generation are thirsting to drive EV's, by the number requesting their driving lessons/tests in them.

Certainly bodes well for future sales, and by inference, DGI's presence in the markets going forward.

A renewed surge in sales and interest of EV's wil come nicely timed for DGI's tech introduction.

Scratch - good morning. That would be a nice thought.

In fact how many people at the top are our 3 guys talking to? Quite a lot I would imagine. I think in fairness a lot of us await an RNS every morning, and maybe there is mild disappointment if it doesn't arrive, but on the flip side the longer one doesn't turn up the more positive as it indicates to me that major news is being assembled and that takes a fair bit of time.

Having said that, i don't think we are far off something major breaking here, I get the impression that the new "board" are working their socks off behind the scenes. It's a strong gut feeling that something very positive will break soon.

Think we are in for another interesting week.

Very healthy to see the profit-taking and the slight pullback from an exuberant opening.

The short term traders will take their slice and then we move onwards and upwards on resumed long-term buying ahead of more positive news to come.

Buying and holding (most importantly) for the big prize yet to come.

NoviceTrader - if you are a genuine investor here, I'd say the following.

Firstly, don't get too carried away by other poeple on bulletin boards, we are all here with our opinions but more importantly there are many very knowledgable and helpful individuals here. Its important you do your own research, and when it's done I think you'll then want to increase your holding, but that is entirely your call.

It's only my personal view, having done my research thoroughly, that the piece from WH Ireland is spot on and their starting level of 0.57p is about right. That is on current valuation and with what we know - of course one or two major RNS announcements should send us much higher. Again, they are only my personal views, you need to make up your own mind.

This is an excellent board, with excellent and informed contributors. I think we are building up to something very large and meaningful here over the coming months.

NoviceTrader - personally yes, just on expectations alone.

WH Ireland have a starting sum of the parts level of 0.57p, and a couple of very positive RNS's I think will get us to around that level pretty quickly.

A lot here continue to accumulate and more importantly hold, and many have pencilled in a price of 1p by the year end.

I think we have a hell of a lot of positive news to come here, but we do have to exercise patience also. The quality of the board plus the quality and uniqueness of the technology can easily mark this out as an explosive growth stock in the time to come.
