The viewing figures on YouTube are much higher than I anticipated already, and the "Lemonade Mix" interview is very helpful.

All of a sudden OPTi, through various channels is getting much more publicity.

I reckon OPTI are sitting on a gold mine with the LighftLife launch, and we'll be seeing record orders from it, verified very soon.

I think that little statement totally vindicates the bullish stance here, and also my namesake TW's call on OPTI. I think it also proves that he DID have an off the cuff conversation with SOH, who he said told him the launch was going "very well". Once SOH confirms this along with a trading update in the next couple or weeks or so then we'll start to see serious movements upwards in the OPTI price. TW may not be everyone's cup of tea but he's got the future prospects for OPTI totally nailed on.

Anyone selling obviously hasn't noticed the rising value of PBX - now 10-12p with buying interest.

At this rate it won't be long until this holding alone accounts for 50% of the OPTI market cap.

Healthy too to see the short-term profit takers out of the way today.

Precisely Aqua - all the indications are the Morepen deal is going very well.

It's been said even without our assets OPTI is cheap. If both SBTX and PBX take off we are looking at a multi-bagger here, no problem. Always the possibility of a Sweetbiotix deal in the mix too.

Well, I'm at a loss with this. Why would TW lie? Why would he put his reputation on the line? He's already stated he has phone records and you are welcome to "Be my guest" as far as the FCA are concerned. Listening to and reading him, I don't think he's ever really claimed it as an "interview" - it's almost mandatory for him to talk to SOH when there is an announcement. That's his job as a financial journalist.

There seems to be a few on here who seem to relish sticking the knife in, not just to him but to trash OPTI at every turn. I too have held/traded these shares for many years, around 7, and am fully aware of the ups and downs and the previous disappointments, but it almost borders on lunacy and childishness reading some of the comments on here sometimes.

Personally, if I was as cheesed off as some on here profess to be, I'd just sell up and go away, or at least try look for the positive instead of the gloomy negative.

It's the mark of a moaner and someone who will never be satisfied.

And for the record, I believe TW 100%.

Would agree - because of the amount, delayed by an hour and the buy price was 17.50 at that time.

Well, I find that nonsense. Why would TW effectively lie in his broadcasts? He's long had a good rapport with SOH and is a big investor in OPTI anyway, so to lie as he appears to be accused of is rather strong, and surely a breach of FCA protocol? I've no idea whether he's seen your post Skid35 or not, but if he has no doubt he'll reserve the right of reply.

Meanwhile, we all await the trading and Morepen update(s).

He indicated he expects both a trading update and a Morepen update within 2 to 3 weeks.

FriedmanSowell - I can fully understand your comments there, and fully agree there have been many disappointments in the past - I'm a holder of over 7 years standing now so share your views. By the way, Slimbiome is taken before meals, not after.

However, that aside, I feel we have now reached a genuine pivotal and positive turnpoint in the companies fortunes at long last. After conversing with SOH, TW is expecting a trading update and more importantly an update with more meat on the bone about the Morepen deal.

His view also is that OPTI could quickly double from here and onto 40p in short order just on those announcements alone.

After years of waiting, I see a possibly very bullish scenario unfolding here - am still adding by the way at these levels, especially in the light ot the massive Morepen potential and today's positive RNS.

The launch of LightLife on Morepen has meant the biggest return on marketing revenues in Morepen's history.

So said SOH this morning to TW - if members care to take a listen to his bearcast on OPTI.

It sounds like sales are going very well indeed.

A Morepen update will be along in the next 2-3 weeks.

This is all very bullish, and in my view Mr. Market hasn't woken up to the potential here yet by any means.

StockWatching - what a totally negative reaction to a very positive RNS. I'm almost tempted to say sell up and go away, but I'm not that blunt.

The update is being prepared for release in due course, don't forget we have a new finance director who wants to be spot on, as I said last week it's my belief that sales in India are going very well, and the advertising blurb for it is particuarly professional.

Today's RNS, as I forecast, is very positive. There are two key components to it to me. The first is the forecast ten tonnes of powder required in year one. That's an awful lot of sachets, but the second maybe not as much noticed is the fact they have them in the two biggest US supermarekts - Walmart and Albertsons - quite a coup for what is - at the moment - a small British company.

SOH and the crew have worked hard on this and deserve some respect and backing now, not negativity from the sidelines.

In under three short months OPTI have managed two very important announcements in the two biggest markets on the planet.

Make your minds up and buy or sell acordingly.

Good find Mol - Lightlife was only launched 2 months ago and the YouTube number of views is quite high considering the short amount of time it's been available.

Also the copy on the "advert" for it is very good. When we find out how things are going, which I suspect will be quite soon, to me it's another pointer that the sales figures could well exceed original expectations.

AquaeSulis01 - Amazon always flag up the first 50+ sales as a matter of course.

it doesn't mean they've only sold 50+ of each product. I believe sales are going "very well" - and I reckon the preliminary figures once released may surprise us all.

I've given it two weeks from tomorrow , ie Monday 3rd March until some sort of trading statement or comment via RNS on how things are going is released. Purely my point of view but I like to think I'm reading the runes correctly here. Dr Morepen have a new marketing manager, they are retaining Farika Khan who it is quoted "is doing a very good job" at pro0moting LightLife, and I think the timetable is to continually roll it out to more and more of the 5,000 pharmacies that Morepen have access to.

Don't forget it's being sold and promoted on Amazon India as well as through Morepen and the eventually 5,000 outlets. I believe this is a major deal for OPTi and will come to be seen as a major game-changer in time.

Mol - since the Morepen launch mid-December, SOH has stated on the record that there are no more sales of SBTX.

And we know where the money went from previous sales anyway - to help the launch and promotion of the Morepen deal, so money well spent. They would issue a TR1 in any case and there haven't been any for some time now. SOH has said no more stake sales required - nor a fund raise.

Wigster - I'll keep my powder dry on that one if you don't mind, and let you read the runes and see what happens.

Mol - of course only two reviews so far. Lightlife wasn't brought to the market until mid-December so you have to factor in time for people to see it, buy it, use it and get results. It's not even been two months yet.

There should be many more reviews come Easter I would think. Picked up another 20,000 this morning - not the best of timing - only to see a few sales afterwards!
