Does anybody know why the Vandaium sales in 2017 were below 2016? Production over the last 3 years provided the surplus to improve upon 2017's figures even though the 2017 production volumes were below 2017 sales volumes. The supply side of Vanadium dipped by 10,000mtV 2014-2017 and the demand side was circa 97,000mtV in 2017, so there was sufficient market demand to increase sales. Any insights would be useful.

It’s more a case of how the judge and barristers view the whole process. Clearly the Appeal and really the review were bought about on a technicality of not following a process correctly, and whilst these will surely get resolved it does not mean that there won’t need to be some legalities and paperwork to undertake. The end result will be the same, it’s just a matter of time and ultimately the price that AIM puts on the share whilst this is on going. Mining continues at an increased pace, the main vein of gold will be struck in the next couple of months (ish) - the wait continues, but it is nearing the end. At that point there are no hurdles to overcome, exploration meets actual mining - it is then purely a case of how does AIM value it or how do the MM’s play with the price to maximise returns?? 15p, 20p, 30p or maybe even higher but certainly the single digits will be in the past.

Mining as planned I believe, irrespective of the appeal.

We now have the crazy situation whereby the share price is almost at the level it was before the court decision. I think that is nothing more than AIM for you and the MM's gathering in shares. We have a mining company that will be producing revenues within 6 months, a fully forecasted P&L at gold prices below today's levels and at grades below where the latest information sits. I would be amazed if the next few months were not filled with regular RNS's on progress and if the next 3 - 9 months do not show a significant re-rating of the share price. £9m market cap - come on get serious, there will be a queue to pay triple that valuation.

It's possible to sell but not buy. As the day goes on and the spread narrows it will begin to really move.

Excellent news, we should now some long overdue movement in the share price. Previous high's should easily be exceeded - it's just a matter of time.

Today appears to be the day of decision for the Judicial Review. Here's hoping for a positive outcome.
