Agree, IMO the problem is the land owner at Burwell. However, I am not bothered about it even moving forward to be honest. It has been nothing but a problem from the start. Get Avonmouth/Tring Road to financial close and go for other projects, there are other opportunities. Let this land owner have a worthless field back.

Burwell and the expectation over the last 12 months has been holding down the SP.

IMO this is why the market is not taking Corcel's comments with anything but a pinch of salt at present.

In May the company said "CRCL to take Avonmouth through to financial close, alongside Burwell and Tring Road, during 2021"

Not sure how they can take Burwell to financial close with no lease ? and that is also affecting the sentiment on statements on Avonmouth and Tring Road. If they get the latter two to financial close then the sp will rise substantially and very quickly but for now they have dug their own grave.

22nd Sept 2020 Scott said they could finalise the lease on Burwell, almost 12 months on and still nothing. Saying it will be resolved soon means nothing. They OWE shareholders a very good result on Avonmouth and soon !

Frankly, saying they have a project at all at Burwell is an in**** to shareholders. There is NOTHING without the lease.

I am not knocking mast at all but something just does not add up when you compare to corcel.

Yes I agree Mast is further forward and does have some income. If you go off todays announcement you could well think they have around £40k per month from the live development and this will rise to £92k profit per month when this new one comes on stream. But a market cap of £25 million with 18MW total.

Corcel have no income at present but have Avonmouth coming online in approx 12 months, this is 100% owned and is 50MW alone. The market Cap is £6.5m.

Surely 1 years income of £40k per month does not justify almost £20m in market cap differences? On top of this Corcel has a 40% stake in Tring road (50mw) and a 100% ownership 50MW at Burwell (conditional) as well as other nickel mining assests.

Can someone explain the reason for the market cap difference, surely it is not just on the £40kmonth income?

It seems to me that the bod here have screwed up the sp by hanging on for Burwell. They need financial close on Avonmouth to move forward IMO. All the projects are very good but we need some real progress. Getting WoWO is great but how long it takes to progress it is another matter.

Avonmouth/Tring Road will bring medium term revenues to the company which imo is what people want.

Sinom, who sold the RMI debt to Corcel (which made the acquisition of WoWo Gap happen) and became a cornerstone investor in Corcel.

'SINOM GROUP is mainly engaged world-wide in developing and processing of metallurgical mineral resources.'

Guess where all the nickel from WoWo and Mambare will now be going? It is all falling into place and yet the market just does not see it. A JV with a large Chinese company imo is the next step. Eventually the market will wake up to the enourmous upside in Corcel SP.

Is so obvious. All that Nickel will go to China. Just hold for the multibag on that alone.

I would imagine the partner is already lined up.

I think RMI pulling those shares out of escrow yesterday was the key to this, that will ensure the vote goes through. Also our big Chinese investor knew this was going to happen. It’s all in the big plan for the nickel to go to China.

i have given up on Burwell. For me Mambare Mining licence, Avonmouth Financial Close or WoWo Gap settlement will give a big sp boost.
