Corcel clearly beleive the target price is achievable. 19p.

Even breaking down Corcel's share of the projects you have

Burwell 50MW (forget the solar 50mw for now)
Avonmouth 50MW + 15MW
Tring Rd 40% of 50MW, so 20MW.

So we have 135mw @£2m per mw value (same as Mast) market cap should be £270m

Take off Burwell until signed off. Leaves 85MW, Market cap £170m.

Discount it by 50% if we feel mast is overvalued = £85m
Discount that AGAIN by 50% because we are slightly behind MAST in terms of development = £42.5m

£42.5m would be approx 12p per share. And that is being ruthless with the valuation disount and does not even factor in Mambare or WoWo.

PLEASE ! SOMEONE EXPLAIN IT TO ME ?!?!?

Even taking all of MAST potential MW into acc, they have 20MW and a market cap of £22m.

Corcel have a share of 200MW, as a direct comparrison (if we accept Mast has a valid Market Cap) for a realistic market cap you would have to give Corcel mkt cap 10x that.

I am just trying to figure out the reason MAST is 3x Corcel?

I can never get my head around the barriers in peoples minds, getting past 2p for example here, why do people see it as a major hurdle and sell ! it is simply crazy. Broker target 19p, Mast energy at £20m market cap and 12p sp and we have 200MW agains their 9MW ! how bizarre can you get and how can the market have these 2 companies valued like this ? It is stunningly ridiculous.
