As at 21June 2021, TomCo had approximately GBP1,390,000 of cash reserves available to it.

So if they get the $1.7m from somewhere else for the 10% (not a placing by the way) then they will have around £1m in the bank. Plenty to get to production.

5p is far from fanciful. It would give a market cap of around £80m for a compnay building a 5,000 bopd plant. With oil at $70 and the sand per barrel at a minimum of $30 and a production cost under $20 a barrel £80m is peanuts.

It just need the initial 10% for the land deal to be signed off (next 2 weeks) and it will start.

$80 per barrel profit (inc sand element) x 5000 = $400,000 per DAY. dont even think about the second and third plants, it gets very silly on the numbers.

There are a lot that still need convincing but when they announce the completion of the securing of the Tar Sands land it will re rate. That will tell us they have everything in place to get to 5,000 bopd in 12 months and the sp will multibag imo.
