WongaFC, it is Valkor that have bought the project at Ashpalt Ridge from HDC. They have also committed to test HCD’s technology in three wells in the project area within six months of the completion of the sale. It is far too coincedental that someone now also wants to drill 5 wells on the site Greenfield are aquiring especially as Valkor will become a 29% shareholder in Tomco.

Vauch, this is the May presentation. Valkor bought the project in July 21. It is all coming together nicely here.

so they earn an interest in the HDL leases, but I now see what they are doing. They test the process on the TAR Sands lease that we are securing and they have 100% ownership.

Makes a lot of sense and is probably the reason for the delay. Valkor are due to complete that deal today (or when approved by the regulator). I would imagine they need this in place before they can complete with Greenfield on the new funding deal.

Valkor LLC entered into an agreement to acquire interests in the Utah oil sands project from Hydrocarbon Dynamics Limited (ASX:HCD) for $0.5 million on July 12, 2021. The consideration is paid in cash and an ongoing 2% revenue based royalty. HCD has received a deposit of $0.1 million associated with the sale. Valkor has also committed to test HCD’s technology in three wells in the project area within six months of the completion of the sale. The sale is scheduled to be concluded at the earlier of September 29, 2021 or when assignment documentation has been approved by the regulator.

parmx, this is another development. It is nothing to do with our 5000 bopd plant. During the due dilligence deeper shales were found which is of interest to a third party who now want to pay for the chance to drill on the new lease.

It is all good extra income for us. The market just reacted wrongly to a 6 week extention. It will right itself imo.

The potential partnership would give Greenfield funds to drill five wells on the land along with associated infrastructure plus enough upfront funds to acquire its stake in the property with the advance repaid from oil sales proceeds.

after a 60% rise over the last few day to see a small drop back before the news hits is acceptable. It will fly if/when they announce the land deal secured.

Ffs , I am a strong Tomco holder. Tomco has nothing to do with Petroteq, they improved the posp and have now handed the keys back, they have a licence to use the tech. But NOW, they are nothing to do with Petroteq. Fact .
