would you take warrants at 0.8 if the sp was under 1.2P ?

Mike, just a thought, but if they had announced a brazil deal or the aussie deal before this and the sp was at 0.6 or over then this funding would look awful.
Maybe they needed this out first?

placing at a premium looks ok. Now for news of the aquisitions. Funding now out of the way, sp will probably start to move up now on expected newsflow. This is probably why the Aussie deal has not been announced yet and the Brazil deal.

AJ says a lot of things, not much ever comes through though. He said Investor event end March nothing announced, news from Brazil visit, nothing yet. He is consistent though. All talk and no action.

Scott talked of £15m to £25m market cap soon. Taking into account a bit of fundraising and I see 2 to 3p share price here soon.
