the share is dead. the bod have ruined it for holders. they should all be fired imo and new blood needs to come in.

the deadlines have pased and passed and passed for over 16 months now and they have still achieved jack **** except for a massive pay rise for the ceo, rewarded for failure.

I am in 100% agreement that the sp has been manipulated down to this point. Someone has taken an absolute bag load of shares and will know the sp is going to recover.

Wether or not it is hoodoo I don’t know and I suspect we will never know. One thing is certain another 3 tr1’s with all taking over 100m shares each is no coincidence. Hoodoo may have been used as a decoy in return for something later on.

It stinks though. I am not bothered how it works as I have joined them, now on 11.5m shares which I could never afford at 0.5p. I will be happy once they let it go back up but I may get to 15m if it stays low a little longer.

It seems a silly decision as Hoodoo could just sit back and not go to court. So HSO cannot continue as the dispute is not settled.

They should give hoodoo a set time limit to take further action. If they do not then HSO should be allowed to continue.

Yet again the problem with Tomco is that shareholders have to find out important and relevant information for themselves. This BOD simply have a complete disregard for shareholders. This news of an issue with the mining/drilling rights is very important for shareholders but yet again the company simply ignore us and say nothing. They are a disgrace.

We simply matter not one dot to them. All they care about is where the next £250k will come from to line their pockets with salaries. Those few who chip in for this cash will be fed some info to encourage them to cough up. How the bod can get away with it is beyond me. They should have either rns this dispute or made a statement on their position with it.

Pathetic. I hope the bod read this and grow a backbone and give us a statement on its position but I doubt they will.

A settlement plan has been proposed by DeepVerge to Microsaic, the terms of which are substantially agreed subject to clarification in respect of suitable potential security for the balances due.

it is a formality and should be announced very soon along with the 'imminent' new contracts. Any talk of a placing is just de ramping by those who want to buy the big chunks like the 900k and 1.2m just gone though.

Share price 6 months ago was 10p, now 0.6p, all bad news out in the open with a good outlook going forward. New contracts imminent and a possible £4 m in warrant cash at 3p per share if they can get the so back to 5p within the next 6 months.

I bet they will do it.

Following the above review, the Company can confirm that the current order book for Modern Water and Glanaco exceeds GBP10m, all of which is expected to be deliverable, and recognised as turnover, in 2023 and 2024. Further contracts are being sought, and, if tendering is successful, will be announced in due course, with some expected imminently.

August 2022 SP was 16p, so 5p is possible now that they have cleared the decks of all bad news imo.
