Knowlesi you posed a good question about the IP arising in ProjectBluePrint. The relevant passage on Page 18 of 26 as linked here:-

I'd like to hear what Bermuda would say about this. But from a lesser mortal - IMO it is an area which of course requires clarity but I wonder if it will be as problematic as we might fear? In the same way that we collaborate with Ichor, ISA and BioNTech (on TCR) - they will own their IP from their separate input to the project, would the same not be true for ProjectBluePrint?
When I first saw the PBP team, I thought the team were simply named for the purpose of putting together a proposal in seeking a GC award. I think there must be an element of that in reality as it is hard to see all 14 parties suddenly becoming involved in a major way with Modi3 research - for example, we know that Prof. Ottensmeir and Prof. Mellman have considerable commitments elsewhere . . .
If a GC award is won, then undoubtedly all the 'team' will be available for advice and will be kept in the picture as the research progresses. But the research will surely be carried out by, or sub-contracted and overseen by Scancell. Cliff Holloway is quoted in the RNS that the GC award ''will allow us to extend the utility of our Moditope® platform to develop a new vaccine, Modi-3, in a range of cancers beyond those targeted by our other Moditope candidates, Modi-1 and Modi-2.''
Maybe the active participants in this research will be Scancell and BioNTech/Genetech - further IP arising from Moditope technology will remain part of Scancells IP but any NEW IP arising from BioNTech/Genentech's angle, will of course be theirs? Scancell's BoD have jealously guarded all IP so far and I don't see that changing.
I''m hoping this will not prove a serious area of reservation although Trinity Delta have a reason for mentioning it. (I see the involvement of Trinity Delta as a step forward from the Hardman/ProActive days).
These are just my thoughts - I claim no expertise in this area. Interesting. GLA
