I agree with you 100% Ruck. Knowlesi, I often agree with your posts, but thought your comments on Prof. Lindy were so wholly inaccurate as to be unkind indeed. It's my guess that Prof. Lindy has given, as in Ruck's words, 'heart and soul' in pursuing this science and Scancell seem to have gained a great deal from the Notts Uni link.

I agree with your post Knowlesi. Martin Diggle is a Non-Exec Director and would not usually be involved in leading negotiations for a deal, (although that's not to say it's impossible). IMO CH and Scancell's appropriate Advisors would negotiate on lines authorised by the BoD. If CH and MD have a good buzz the Non Exec would no doubt be available for chats. Whilst I'm delighted Vulpes are 'IN' it doesn't mean we are home and dry.
