"what is your plan" - none really, but an idea that 'suppression' is a good.
I didn't read your 11.29 link yet as I guess it's not a 'slam dunk'.
"testing is not a cure" - no, but limiting the spread of the virus IS and so, let's test !
(that's to protect our amazing NHS Staff and volunteers for a start)
As we didn't know the behaviour of the virus, how could we just, 'let it go" ?
Please can I have an answer to this - " Is it fair to surmise that the problems in the USA are a result of having, in effect, a 'herd' target ? Accepting the USA didn't actually set that out as a target, but because they did little or nothing at all early on, what we see now could be argued to illustrate what the results of a 'herd' policy might be elsewhere?"
