I will be at a funeral tomorrow where the cause was stage 4 cancer. 2nd friend I have lost this year to late stage cancer. The NHS are right about excess deaths data. Loads of people are fighting there way through a system where it is to late to do anything when they get a diagnosis.

I still feel Charles Graham should be alongside George in the next presentation as he is the development project manager for the gypsum stacks in SA. RBWR do have a heavy weight team to get financing later on and we do not need somebody going into that element at this time. There is no harm allowing someone really close to the technical front line also having their 5-10 minutes and it allows us to see the quality of somebody else who reports to George on this and a few shareholders might have a question for him (given in advance and he answers what George allows him to do so). The combination of staff shortages and sky high energy bills in nursing homes will mean many of them will soon close. This in turn will mean a number of patients can not move out of hospital for basic care on a temporary basis in a nursing home. This will stop hundred of thousands of people of working age who can not work as they await an operation to improve mobility and render hospitals for emergencies only. This reduces productivity in the economy, reducing tax take, which in turn limits options on what they can do. The future is a massive recession, but of course one person who spends a million pounds for a return Australia air ticket on private jet can not see it as everyone around her flies blind. I guess we will call it Trussenomics which is fundamentally total BS enjoyed by the stupid and bandits.

The book value from two different sources in late July gave 105p and 112p. If we take the debt off the plant and property valuation we have say $600M and the company today is worth around $425M. So it is at a fire sale takeover price at this time. Taking the drop in precious metal prices so far in August we still have a book value of 99p.

I do not have 20M shares in RBWR. I have written to the company before and have got back responses. When I write it is trying to be helpful. I asked if someone on the team with the chemistry could actually join the discussions in the next presentation. If it is all about GB alone, what happens to RBW if anything happens to him. Does he have a team of people around him and what skills do they have in supporting GB. Tony

Hence why I added and pushed HZM to 6th in my portfolio. The next top up buy will move it to 4th place.

We do not know how the next four months plays out. I suspect the company delivers around $18M net profits with some good drill results to add a better back drop on recovery some of what they mined out in year. The upside surprise which needs higher precious metal prices then present is your $30M figure. I thought they were spending $19-20M on exploration outside of AISC costs. Like yourself happy to be corrected. All of us will have different figures to what HOC will earn as we use different gold/silver price expectations and annual production figures to derive what we think may happen as well as the gold/silver ratio which the company quoted in their previous RNS guidance. You do realise that HUI Arca, GDX and GDXJ have been falling the past few days and Centamin has held 93p-94p. Normally this would be in the region of 89-90p. Additionally gold has also fallen. Tony

Of course Slater, and that is why its useful to correlate the value of gold against something else that has real value to you. Over time the number of gold ounces that asset is worth will vary. If the asset is at the median value then you have greater confidence gold is at fair value. In 2011 it cost 360 ounces to buy an outer London semi detached house and in 2015 the same type of property was 720 ounces. At the present time its around 550 ounces. What you do not do, is buy gold when assets can be acquired for the lowest gold ounces. Its when you have to use a huge amount of your gold to acquire them gold is cheap. The idea is having your own calibration of assets is to identify over or under valuation. Gold corrects after a period of high inflation and usually not during it and has a lag. Tony

Gold does align with major assets like houses here in the UK and that relationship that matches up back to 1981. Gold became abnormally over valued in the 1979-1980 spike. The relationship to major assets is not constant. Gold can be undervalued against assets or overvalued in say a 10 year time frame. To make things easy by historical assessment against house prices in UK outer London and the Southeast of UK gives a correct average median value of gold in USD at $1840 per ounce at this time. The gold price swing range from the median is 25% in either direction. So gold is massively undervalued at $1380 per ounce which is the bear market bottom and it hugely overvalued at $2300 as a bull market top at this particular time. Anyone buying gold and silver is long term. It is purchased on the basis of the destruction of one's national currency and degradation of USD purchasing value. Gold valuations are also influenced by the comparison assets themselves and forex currency changes with the swing changes around the median. Hope this helps. Tony

GDX gap closed with no drop in Centamin share price.

The 50,000 at 11.12p coming through is a buy. A lot of the sells are actually buys to offload the 429,000 10.8p sell.

Has not been anywhere near the current gap size for past month. London has broken away from USA close positions. At some point GDX gap will get closed.

PRE- Slow stochastics have moved off zero to 16 (scale is 0-100). RSI moves up slightly. Trying to bottom out. Oil has also rallied today. Energy just might be getting back into the groove again. Still early days.

Dummy sells suggests it might be a bull trap as the price offered for sells is lower than the bid ask range. GDX closed poorly last night which includes Centamin and can not see a huge gap on USA open. Could be proved wrong, but we go back to 91p handle is how I see it. We could start to see improved liquidity as it heads back to 92.5 area.
