I gave this share a chance as it was heading into production. The company is likely to be heading back into exploration and they do a good job of it on the whole. I am going to wish all investors good luck, but I generally do not invest in mining explorer companies. With Dundas so far off and only at feasibility stage again, I have called it a day. Tony

Analysts at SP Angel commented that Edwards’ review highlighted a range of value opportunities and that renewed energy and focus should start showing results.

However, SP Angel analysts have expressed disappointment to see the company sign up a share subscription agreement. “[We] hope the team will be able to add value faster than the investor Towards Net Zero, LLC is able to sell new Bluejay Mining stock..”

My calculations suggest the dilution if all 3 subscriptions are done equal a 22% dilution of the stock at the floor price.

They have lost an entire year. The new DFS is to arrive in q£ 2023 and the final study to submit for financing is probably Q3 2024. What has become astonishing is the revelation that Dundas can be mined in a completely different way at a lower cost. They were forced to go down tat route as inflationary factors and changing market volatility on the final product and more knowledge on logistics revealed that the mining has to be done in a different way. Furthermore new entrants in the market from Australian miners demonstrated far better financial metrics to funders than the original DFS offering to their prospective financiers. So the issue for holders is well they get it right over the next 18 months and finally deliver a Dundas project. Those who entered like myself expecting it to be near the finishing line faced a set back. However doing it right is better than hurrying along and delivering the wrong outcome that is a white elephant financial failure. Credit to those coming up with the alternative if it works. Tony

I am not sure if I am thick or what, I can not understand the LCC share raise and how it works. I can understand the strategic review and how it all comes together for the company in future. It is the share raise that has forced me to take a £900 hit and get out. If anyone can figure it out I would be grateful.

Can not understand the deal with LLC.

They have decided to deliver Dundas project through a totally different route. The new investor is giving them a bonus for the reconfiguration if more ESG efficient. They clearly found that Dundas profitability was not good enough for funding especially with market price volatility on the final product. The production cost in the earlier feasibility has also increased to impact on margins. Consequently Dundas project is being re-engineered with less risks with reduced costs in the new way of production. In essence the project is being saved by a different mining delivery method.

The Disko project is awaiting inputs from the other partner and they have ruled out spinning it off.

Overall, the company is staying with exploration as it has experienced success in that realm.

A lot more reading has to be done and I am unsure about how LLC investment will impact on the share price. It might well prove favourable. Tony

1. The retreat has not been that tidy.
4 chart gaps have been created.
30 Jan 113.65p to 113.05p.
31 Jan 112.35p to 111.98p.
2 Feb 108.9p to 108.21p
and finally on Friday 10 Feb 102.45p to 102.17p.

This breakaway down above tells us at some point this will be tidied up in a future rally as RNS data was not the cause of the retreat.

2. The daily chart has Centamin on a support line at 99-100p area. A daily support can be found at 94p and 90.1p.
3. Weekly support has support at 94p.

Charts are not perfect to determine a market bottom position. Other data can arise which break existing support lines. Equally, favourable data can initiate rallies. Centamin is front running the gold price drop along with GDX ETFs and most other miners doing the same. Shanta Gold is a particular exception and the RNS this morning shows the reason why.

My strategy is to slowly drip feed buys in. Currently 10% of the position is on. For those going all in at 94 and 90p is that if the bottom is decided to be at 95p or 99p you having nothing on. Centamin could turn as gold continues to fall if it continues to front run gold prices. Tony

Defaming the share price is worthy of a trip around the back of the wood sheds for a good spanking.

The share enjoyed terrific momentum in January, but it has retreated since 2 February. The momentum can change very rapidly, but has been flat of late. However, past indications as with changes in the money flow indicator as well suggest Pensana has a probability to retreat a few pennies. The move has gone in line with NdPr prices that also enjoyed an increase, but are now modestly retreating and hopefully it is just a consolidation phase.

The up to date technical is no longer overbought on the hourly and it is now pulling back on longer time intervals. It is settling back.

I have all my holdings from last year. I always prefer heading towards an RNS with the technical readings at slightly oversold otherwise we have the risk of sell on the news kind of play. A buyer has been supportive for quite awhile on Pensana, they might have overplayed last week in trying to push past the 200 day SMA. Fortunately, time can remove overbought conditions if the share does nothing for a few days or alternatively it may retest 54p.

This is getting seriously bombed out. Does someone want to buy the company for the cash it will hold in the bank?

Across the board including weekly. With no news this morning we could have a retreat to lose overbought signals.

At 99.8p on oversold signals on daily and lower time intervals. weekly RSI still at 46. Drip feeding in.

Horgan was delivered in football terms a hospital pass. The problems appeared very shortly after he arrived. He was reporting grade shortfalls after 3 months in post and stripping issues having to be addressed within six months. previous folk delivered this as test for him to go and fix. The company has spent two years of profits plus $150M sorting out a mess. The good news is that he has resolved it and now we get to see what he can do after sorting it all out. The last QA session was brilliant and the first of its kind for a long period of time and reveals a CEO and his team more confident. Many investors and traders are just waiting for the current gold pullback to finish which is based on pure fantasy to bottom out and it will deliver imop a significant rebound in CEY stock (note I use the word will). It is a tough month, but a big rally is to follow and Centamin is expected to deliver higher gold outputs from March onwards. Hopefully most of the servicing required is being done right now. The present pull back is creating opportunities for new people to join us in the Centamin story. Tony ( I will be buying in as well)

USA Job number Labour stats

The BLS’s underlying raw jobs data actually showed a record 2,505k US jobs lost during January! An epic 3m+ job seasonal adjustment was applied to get that +517k headline number, literally conjured out of thin air in bureaucrats’ spreadsheets. Neither the dollar nor gold should’ve reacted on that fiction.

The shares would be re-registered as in specie' transfers. As SP says the nominee holder is the same. I would therefore not expect it to be in the share volume at all.

God knows hope. A loss I made in 2013 came in extremely handy when I had the potential of a huge CGT bill in 2020.
