usually but not always a wide spread indicates order filling, they can control things a little better and report trades to maybe their advantage.while also restricting trade because the advertised but not real price deters some trades

not particularly great news, kodal's reputation kicked a bit, but if it arrives no big deal, this is africa

if its the chinese dragging their feet then to me its a bigger deal, if its africa (and the company will never point the finger) then its fairly standard. all my invested companies (particularly africa oil) have africa based delays

the shanta share price reminds me of the birds in the road when i go cycling......you know they are going to move but only do so at the last minute when they really have to

we never get ahead of expectations, always lagging but then gold prices are a time build thing not a daily snap

one of the subtler things think KOD are doing is being clever with RNS releases, namely the timing, they dont just do the standard 7-7.05 am release it can be anytime

i think this is hopefully engineered to keep people on their toes and has maybe helped the SP

hindsight is a great thing but bear this in mind......before the chinese deal, we could be in the same boat as many other miners on AIM and the TSX, namely a guy with a map and shovel and looking for all kinds of permits.

stocks like GCM resources, KEFI are of this type, and at one point we were in the same boat - great project, needs backing and approvals

i dabbled with 3k to start, companies have to prove themselves first, its all very well saying its going to happen because some dont

luckily with kodal we were given endless opportunities to bulk up after news, that was very kind and fortunate
