Dont think there can be too many days left of us coupling with PREM, and i think it will now be a positive that there will be permanent switching, i know i would.

certainly not a company to set stop losses for. if your interested in the resource and the resource alone, we are better, so are andrada, noram, first metals, argosy, to name a few (dont bhold all and some of those mentioned have challenges)

as an andrada holder webcast a few days ago said plant build in june, commissioning in july which would mean some production but realistically production more like august.

great looking company though, and like us, a pretty good resource

Lets face it, yesterday was scary but even though many of us have seen it many times, you still never QUITE know.

it only worked because:

1. we had spiked a lot before, some hot money inside us

2. prem were enjoying some bad stuff, shouldnt join the dots but well they did

3. its the summer, trading is thinner and can do more of this stuff

4. lastly, but by far the biggest reason, we are awaiting news and this uncertainty (deal finalised/extension etc) and this uncertainty plays right into their hands

if kod were in production and not awaiting any news, NO WAY would they get away with anything more than an 8% tree shake, maybe 5%

Its certainly an attack, a few observations (and i hold 6.5 million so dont like this at all)

1. prem not helping, but clear switching going on.

2. might be pricing in another delay (not a problem though apparently.....)

3. aim shares that stay this high rarely hold it unless news flow comes in, so that is needed....

i dont know prem that well but on the resource side i prefer ours, especially as we should upgrade and we have the gold. they have tantalum but i'll stick to gold for now,

yes it appears so, plus at the lowest prem price people taking advantage and prob selling some kod, so these 2 are now acting like some sort of arbitrage

Def not, though dont hold prem or know GR, my point was a general one regarding our mkt and africa and aim

it can evaporate extremely fast, so best get it done and then all is good, and we might attract some prem money who knows.

Prem drop seems to be dragging on us a bit, reputation and trust in CEOs and aim in general required for these type of companies when dealing with africa, but some on here seem to think can just do it whenever, its no big deal

well, it is, so set accurate dates

Which is why it is better to have realistic long stop dates that reflect reality rather than these rolling dates set up to fail that just ruin reputation

Might be some prem buyers monday, might not. as we are waiting for the big drop then they will see the extra potential to maybe get something back.

but depends on if the news lands, if it doesnt then they really need to decide on actual accurate timeframes, people on here seem to have it both ways. well, CEOs are effectively politicians (even though ours has the big advantage of being geologist). and as such they are not your friends.

i'm certainly no tharisa expert (if it vwere africa oil, kodal, maybe different !) but from my notes i have post karo, 380k roughly pgms and 2 million tonnes of chrome

as important, i think there is a special tax holiday (maybe 5 years ?) and then tax 15% thereafter as karo will be in special economic zone

compare that to sylvania (also excellent) of pgms at roughly 80k / year with NO chrome and well.....tharisa are far better (just not the performance, for now....)

obviously karo will need some repayment, but mostly organic funding

dont think from memory tharisa do cash flow projections, maybe wrong but it would be in latest presentation if they do
