Premarket looking quite good also, hopefully see a few days of the SP rising !

Hi bhants - Just came in from work and cant believe the SP price, albeit there is a lot of issues going on in the world it cant hep matters. Also great buy in price for the ones with good nerves.

That's is bot your not an idiot you may well turn out to be the better off one indeed !! every one of my holdings are down so I am certainly not the one to either comment or otherwise ! I keep saying one day it will come good then the government turns a screw somewhere then it goes very wrong.

HAHA I don't have 38000 shares but do have a good amount , I do feel this is risky given the current climate etc fingers crossed and toes !!

Bot - I have done a similar thing another big tranche yesterday all I need is another pound up !!

I have been reading just how strong CCL is and the future is very bullish, this would make sense if MMS hoovering up shares if this is the real reason for the stagnation/drop we are in for a lift in the near future surely

Totally agree bot I think the wars are of concern though, I said that a while ago that mms are playing games and it would really seem that way today !

Hi bhants - Like you I am very disappointed with the SP but still above my average.

Just in my humble opinion I don't think the wars are priced in yet there is talk of Norway expanding troops now to protect its borders. The world is getting smaller for the cruise ships ! I see also the EU has also backed a notion to get involved in the middle east and the good old UK are involved again ! Uncertainty is definitely having an effect it must be , like someone else has said sit round a table and thrash it out wars are of no use to anyone.

Bot - Thanks for that yes very interesting I'm still learning but again I should of known this as I do hold a large chunk, I've done very well from CCL in the past 24 months so long may it continue, I see prem is taking a kicking again today i nearly went in a few weeks back but held off I'm glad I did now, Mrs Topo has just renewed our estas I think we may be away in june 2024 in the Mary new York and Canada, we did have two others booked but we have delayed those as we are having major works done at home. We have however got queen Anne booked for Christmas and new year again,

Interesting point about a coalition of share holders thanks for that.

My view is (for what its worth) sentiment is strong giving way to all the debt and other reasonings so im happy to stay put for another 12 months.

I wasn't aware until today that as high as 59% Institutional investors control CCL, the company gained US$861m in market cap last week alone and that gave a 71% return to the investors over the year. I probably should of been aware of this as I hold a big chunk in this company but this does explain imo to why the SP is so controlled. Even more so the degree of credibility is very strong which is more reason I will maintain my holdings for the foreseeable future.

Looks like we have sentiment back today pre market up also .

I'm a bit stumped to why the drop ? MM games, Conflict in red sea, Ukraine, etc or just fundamentals of debt and consolidation , to be honest I am guessing here seems no real reason for immediate drop but I have just topped up again !!

All things considered early Jan, travel stocks falling etc this is looking quite stable. get well into the first quarter and we could see a good rise , apparently another record-breaking year for revenues in 2024 is projected with demand very high. Sit tight and hopefully some movement soon.
