RE: Fact checking Tony - and it's not looking good for him15 Sep 2023 07:22

“What we're talking about, Tony…….”
I don’t see any “we” on the boards you post on – you’re pretty much on your own and in fact being mocked on some boards like PANR and PRD.
“……….. the number of subscribers for Oilman Jim's blog. I told you the Substack site said more than 1,000 subscribers, but you then claimed I was lying.”
To be more accurate you said thousands but I won’t quibble over thousands v “more than a thousand” but agreed – that’s what I said regardless.
“The link proves I'm not. If you touch the tick next to his name, it also says he's a Substack Bestseller, with HUNDRESDS of paid subscribers, again contradicting your false claims.”
HUNDREDS does not equal THOUSANDS or at least it didn’t when I went to school Jim! Again, being more precise – I told you that substack used to share subscription data for the top 20 newsletters only and once you got past about 12-15 on the list you were already in the hundreds – Jims’s letter was NOT in the top 20. So, I think there is a contradiction and false claim but you have confirmed it is you. Will I get an apology?
“…… you also claim to have analyzed a public companies accounts and many people here are taking your numbers at face value.”
Please feel free to fact check or correct any inaccuracies I may post – I note that you didn’t challenge/fact check anything - as usual your lips were wobbling but nothing of substance was coming out just FUDD. No one here should ever take anything at face value – as always DYOR.
You’re a pretender Jim! By way of comparison – if you look at Investor Chronicle as one example which I think most would agree is an Investment Magazine with a national reach – they have a weekly subscription base of over 30,000 – in the bigger picture as someone commented here – you are pretty much irrelevant in the Oil & Gas / Investment community.
