Louis10 - its you that is obsessed with OMJ - continually pushing his blogs, book and newsletters. Now you mention the voice - no wonder he doesn't do interviews or audios anymore - who could keep a straight face.

As far as following you around these boards - I was a shareholder here before and am considering jumping in again. At 22p and the further technical work / derisking of the assets - PANR looks better value now than it has been for some time - certainly when I last owned around the 40p mark.

So my suggestion is you go flog you books / newsletters elsewhere and leave shareholders here alone.

Louis10 - are you having a giraffe - who are the "so many" - Steve Brown and you ??? When Jim did podcasts - this is the number of views he got - 21 !!! Not sure he does any now due to lack of interest. You would be better off pushing someone with a bit more of a following/credibility. Anyway back to PANR - as the WHI report stated - things are starting to look brighter. GL to holders particularly long term holders - here's to better days ahead !

the original thread had nothing to do with defending or bashing management – louise10/omj posted a sound bite about what i3e should be doing with their pr – i asked him to elaborate to see what he was talking about and predictably he would not (or more likely could not) elaborate. it was genuine question to hear a different viewpoint – so i’m a little stumped as to how you see that as defending management.

you then jumped in with …. “it’s not our job …..management have done **** pr job…. and everyone here agrees”. did i sum up the rant correctly? so who's defending and who's bashing ?

well, i for one don’t agree (and this is the 1st time in this thread i’m saying something that could be construed as defending management). first point to make is that they have done 3 pr events / podcasts since june alone – not one as you seem to be inferring. the point i was making about the “one” was that majid came across very well which i seem to recall you agreeing with – now he’s suddenly **** again??

one of the presentations they did was “investor meet the company” which included a q&a where they addressed pretty much all pi questions including the good, bad and the ugly – not many companies do this. in this same format earlier in the year (january i think) – in response to a pi question about what i3e were doing to increase their canadian profile –ryan heath stated that they had hired canaccord genuity (pretty high profile i would say) to handle north american pr and they were also speaking with 4 other investment banks to cover i3e. around the same time ryan heath was also doing interviews at an oil industry event in houston.

someone also mentioned earlier in the thread that they should be talking to the press – how do they know that i3e are not already doing this – questor article – was this entirely coincidental – i don’t know.

could i3e improve their pr – well we can all improve but if you put all the above together – i think i3e stack up reasonably well against peers in terms of pr.

so in summary ggg - i3e are an easy target since the dividend cut and i think you’re playing to the peanut gallery.

You're correct GGG and I mean this sincerely - I did not bother reading past the first couple of sentences - its just a regurgitation of your previous gripes.

GGG - I didn’t ask you to chime in - I asked Jim/Louis10 to back up his comments. I know you prefer to belly ache about issues on here - I’m more interested to hear our out good ideas and forward them on if I see something (more constructive in my opinion) I’m not seeing anything here other than armchair experts spouting off.

The only point I agree with in Genesis’s previous post is to talk to anyone with followers in the industry and I would add that CEO’s would consider sitting down with. This would include:

Doc Jones

I cannot think of anyone else - i3e are currently too small for Eric Nuttall but it would be great if they could get him. Shubham Garg is not far behind him in terms of following and respect. Doc Jones would be ok also.

Genesis - I will respond to your post after I see whether Louis10 has anything to add.

I wouldn’t put a question to them like this unless I had some ideas i.e. a smart ass comment / question with no apparent answer.

But since you put forward the idea - I thought there may be some substance behind it - apparently not.

So putting aside your earlier scepticism of paid research / promotional pieces - I have a couple of questions / comments:

1) what do you mean by these "kind of companies"

2) "...and distribute it to the largest audience possible." Sounds great but these kind of comments are very easy to say in the absence of any substance behind them - what are you actually suggesting i.e. what platform / outlet ?

NOI in excess of $100m

Current cash around £19m

Year End Cash around £25m and that takes into account the $6m Q4 capex and assumes Q3 & Q4 dividends are paid !

Questor says hold ( but "shares could yet catch light once more")

I say buy

and Louis10/OMJ says.......................does anyone really care ?

So, to reiterate - the keys are Oil and Gas focussed (got it !!) and aimed at the UK & Canada. Apologies for the strong language – but f@ck me that is brilliant – i3e are going to be kicking themselves when then see this!

The world is just back to front – instead of making podcasts for Sharetalk with a viewership of 60 odd, Jim should replace the geezer at Questor and write for their 750,000 subscribers – who’s going to contact the Telegraph!
