On the brighter side and after a period of stabilization / reset:

1) Drilling to re-restart

2) Capital restructure about to be finalized

3) News flow to recommence starting with Q3 report - hopefully solid but unlikely to be spectacular given the absence of RNS's

4) Debt reduced / balance sheet strengthened

5) More positive outlook for gas in the months ahead with hopefully a floor of $80 for WTI

6) One item I missed off my list below but I can add it here - discount on WCS narrowing after widening all year to close to $20. Possibly the reason the first new i3e operated wells licence for drilling are Wapiti / Pembina and not Clearwater.

In short the overall outlook for i3e improving after a period of doom and gloom.

or is it anything to do with:

1) AECO trending down all year with a new monthly low in October. NGL's also pretty weak.

2) Dividend only just reinstated at 50% of previous level

4) No real material news flow in months

5) Capital Restructure not finalized

6) Tain Licence dropped by Repsol

A couple of tweets by Eric Nuttall yesterday worth a read.

"Didn't they plan to blow their wad on 8 Clearwater wells? Why is your spreadsheet saying otherwise?" - You need to have a licence to drill a well - the licences below are the first that i3e have approved in around 10 months - just posted on boereport.com yesterday I think. There is normally a time lag between the licence date and when they spud. Not sure what the minimum is but from recollection it can be months - will they spud this year - maybe?

I'm looking at the thumbs up Scott is getting on these 4 posts (and indeed most of his past posts) - I would suggest that it indicates he has some credibility here.

I also note that you typically get a couple thumbs up maximum on any of the BB's you post on where the BB know who you are and what you are up to (and the're probably from your other aliases). You also had a whole bunch of your posts deleted last week for breaking the rules i.e. continually posting the links to your / Oilman Jim Blogs - so I would suggest that you have very low credibility here and on many of the other BB's you post on.

The flow test you numpty is the one they reported very recently although not designed to demonstrate maximum flow - rather gather other data including representative fluid samples, pressure data and other data related to the frack design. With this data and the data from the pressure instrument that is still down hole - Pantheon should be able to model maximum flow with a reasonable degree of accuracy. Jay gave some indicative numbers during the last podcast.

Pantheon also believe with the data they have once processed will be sufficient to move the development forward and obtain financing.

The other reason for your lack of credibility aside from the obvious deception is your constant lying - I'm pretty sure Scott has never directly recommended to other posters to buy Pantheon Shares. He's obviously bullish the story - but that is completely different from a recommendation.

Well that's interesting - it looks like Shubham Garg now officially owns 34 wells, 12 pipelines and 7 facilities purchased from Prairee Provident which he also has an interest in via his funds.

Prairee Provident was something that I speculated might be the sort of Company I3e might be interested in - primarily because of its tax losses - their assets don't appear to be particularly synergistic.

That withstanding – this is what the spreadsheet is telling me:

NOI for the year of around $94m

Q3 production 21,400

No new i3e operated drills to come on line this year

Maybe a couple of partner wells drilled or to be drilled in the remainder of the year in Clearwater

As far as trying to figure out what the hell is going on - AECO averaged around CAD 2.26 / GJ in October - pretty much a low for the year although its showing signs of strengthening now. Interesting comments from Eric Nuttall this week on gas - he still thinks it a little early for gas but he has a longer term bull thesis with new LNG plants coming online in the US and Canada in 2024/2025 - he also mentioned that Kitimat may come online earlier than many think - patience !

No Jim / Louis or whatever you are calling yourself today - the rules are just being enforced to try to prevent posters such as yourself abusing the BB by pushing your paid rag or other nefarious purposes which don't benefit the BB community.

My last post about you today Jim / Louise - but your comments don't stack up - checking the stats on this BB - I have posted just over 100 time this month including 78 times on i3e and only a small percentage of these posts talk about you. Also most of my posts are related to i3e.

You have posted around 370 times including 70 times on i3e and 170 times on PANR neither of which you appear to be a shareholder in (I own both). A high percentage of your posts deal with Jim with multiple posters across 4 or 5 BB's. You had a whole bunch of posts deleted last week because of your links to Jim's paid blog which is against the rules. So the numbers suggest that you are Jim or you are fixated by Jim.

With regards to Serenity / Tain - i'm open minded about it. It's clearly not the Company maker it once was but i3e need to run the numbers, potentially get the Tain Licence, come up with a workable FDP which now must also address the issue of an FSPO (or rather potential lack of one) and then find a partner with deep pockets. So a lot to do there to move it forward and no guarantee they get there.

With regards to Repsol bowing out - not sure that means too much. Repsol is a much larger Company than i3e - a project that may be attractive to a smaller player is not always attractive to a larger player and maybe Repsol wants to exit the NS - none of us know why Repsol dropped the licence but clearly the Serica news this morning demonstrates that Companies are still interested in Projects of this scale.

With you around Pete - it's unlikely to happen - you have provoked many of the recent posts with you snide little comments.

I'm half with you there also VernetLes with regards to new Assets- who says that a new team would be any better than the existing Team on selecting and delivering on Assets (new or existing). The history of under performance if you look at the chart has gone back many years and multiple CEO's / BOD's.

On the existing proxy - are you planning to vote down any of the resolutions. I do like the idea of slashing SG&A - it would demonstrate more alignment with Shareholders. Simon Oddie has to go imo - the performance does not justify the expense.
