Yes and no - as the valuation stands with current cash flow - then yes we are getting close to the high end valuations relative to our peers. But this ignores a couple of things:

1) Canadian Oil and Gas Stocks are still trading well below historical norms
2) I3e has relatively low Oil Production. With the current and planned drilling programs - i3e's cash flow will rise strongly relative to peers and hence the SP with it.
3) i3e has 2 or 3 earthquake catalysts which should move the SP significantly:
a) Serenity
b) farm-in of a large drill program at Simonette.

So it looks like you are saying that at the current oil price - some kind of restructuring of the debt is required.

I've read a couple of RNS's and followed from a distance. The Board seem to think no, Chrystal Amber seem to think different - so without doing your own analysis - its hard to know.

Has anyone here run a back of the fag packet calculation and shared on here to prove or otherwise that HUR is a going concern. They have a lot of cash, appear to be generating tons of free cash flow.
Seems like a simple exercise to demonstrate whether they can pay off their debts or not .

My thoughts are with Canada at the minute - news is reporting record hot Weather and wild fires with quite a few casualties / deaths - closer to home - I hope i3e's people and operations in Canada are safe !

This is one of the biggest risks to the Oil Industry in Canada and i3e - the finger for the above is being pointed at climate change - Canada along with Alaska and the Artic Circle are warming at twice the rate of other parts of the world according to the climate Scientists - this has to have an impact going forward on regulations, emissions etc.

you are correct - it is written somewhere, something like 10,000 liquid handling capacity and the balance gas. I would imagine though that location is also a consideration i.e. infrastructure will handle production within a certain area - South Simonette is a new area for i3e.

Anyway - no need for guessing - I will ask the question at some point.

Still many people are just talking about Serenity - i3e are saying they have 3 company making assets - 3 huge bites at the apple to really move the Share price North.

Interesting that they are talking about an initial investment of $45m - my my assumption is that some infrastructure is required to build up to 18,000 boepd - ill have to ask the question.

Nice spot - certainly reads to me that they expect to receive cash as part of the deal but who knows!

I recall at one time (prior to above RNS) either Mirabaud or WHI referring to the farming out and i3e getting a "free or nearly free carry" which I understood to mean that I3e might have to stump up some cash.

Its hard to know what the terms might be - i'm hoping that i3e retain 30-40% minimum with some cash. Hopefully we wont have long to find out !

Yes nice close on the TSX. Can I ask one more favour - can you make one last prediction for July - maybe 17p - "I3e has absolutely zero chance of closing above 17p on Monday, the end of the week or indeed by the end of July, zero, Nada, Nil, no chance !!"

Thanks for the clarification - I think were all on the same side. I try my best never to ramp or deramp - I'm currently very positive for all the reasons that have been put out there.

Agreed though is it normal to have the authority to issue up to 2/3 more shares.

I'm sure that Management would only do if it was accretive to earnings. My only concern is that the potential of Serenity and indeed Simonette & Clearwater are no where near reflected in the current SP. If they were to issue new shares on this scale at the current SP, we as individual SH's will lose some of the potential upside.

In the resolutions for the General Meeting - they specifically said that they had no current plans to issue new shares.

However, it looks like I3e did request the authority to issue over 500m new shares and it was approved. This is presumably for a potential acquisition if it measures up to their criteria.

If i3e are reading - don't do it boys - don't do it !

No offence taken. I don't want to pop your bubble - you've been on here 5 minutes giving a running commentary on what we can all see. Quite frankly your "information" is of little value and in my humble opinion it is you to that should keep quiet.

And what "type of people" are you referring to - respectful types that have made valuable contributions to a BB over several years or some loud mouth that's been on a 5 minutes call people names because they have a different viewpoint ! Go and get a beer and chill out !
