The dividend announcement may not push us through 12p (there again it may), but if I was a betting man, I would put money on the Marten Hills drill results putting across the line. Then there is at least 2 or 3 other events that will announce in July that could do the same trick. 12p is nailed on !

Apologies did not intend to be condescending - someone winding me up on another board and just blowing off a little steam.

Yes management have said they will pay between 20-30% of FCF on a YEARLY basis so as to the value of the H1 dividend - it depend on how they split between H1 and H2. If they decide to pay as 20-30% of h1 cashflow, then my calculation shows it will be less than the special dividend on a quarterly basis with h2 being significantly higher.

As to what the yield will be going forward - it depends on the SP. If the SP jumps up significantly because of Serenity , then obviously the yield will dip. My guess is that the dividend and SP will rise and we will be in the 4-6% range but currently we are at 6%.

Now you've clarified the question - honest answer, I have no idea . In general terms I think PANR have better assets. Not sure why you're making a big song and dance about the question because I'm sure you already know the answer - just spit out son - spit it out !

There are several people on here that have several million shares or more:

1m = £6400 in dividends
2m = £12,800 in dividends

If you don't like £12,800 in dividends pulling down your swimming trunks - reinvest in i3e and compound the returns !!

The question has been answered several times by several posters but since you dont appear to trust the maths - I3e has stated that the special dividend is UKP 1.16m . Divide that by the shares outstanding (727m) and you'll get the dividend per share. At current SP that a fraction over a 6% yield.

I have already given it a stab what the H1 dividend will be - I'm pretty sure that it will be less on a quarterly basis than the special dividend - i.e less than 1m per qtr or 2m for H1.

I don't see many negatives with i3e but their are a few things to keep an eye on amongst the many positives - what would you point out with i3e ?

I agree with you 100% and also noted his comments on financing - even the CEO referred to Doc's bullishness !! You always have to do your own research - never assume that as a PI your not able to gain an advantage by doing some basic due diligence of your own.

In the case of EMO - I had no mining experience so I relied heavily on Doc, but I still looked at all recent presentations, reports & interviews before buying. People also need to remember that he doesn't share his research (quite naturally) until he has a sizeable position so his entry point will be a lot lower than the average Joe. I think though that he's in it for the long haul unless something drastically goes wrong - two big catalysts coming up pretty soon :

1) Court ruling which determines whether Aznalcollar Asset is awarded to them - which more than doubles their NAV.
2) First new drilling results / assays due in about a month.

I don't know whether you have seen this interview with EMO's CEO at the AdelaideCapital Conference. I'm going to ask GGG to take a look and see whether it changes his mind - quite a persuasive presentation.

Good luck to you and GGG with NCCL - I have taken a look and even GGG says its a bit of a binary play which I don't like, seems to carry a lot more risk than i3e or indeed EMO.

Ultimately decided to cash out 70% from EMO and put it into i3e. EMO appears to have tremendous upside potential if you believe in the Doc and the CEO above - I'm just more certain with i3e as i know it better and it has already gone some way to proving its business model and upside potential.

I will be very interested in GGG's comments on attached presentation - it seems to address most of his concerns on valuation, ore grades, cost of extraction and also timelines to development - PEA in Q1 next year.

I sold out a chunk of my holding in EMO today and bought another 300,000 shares of i3e at the close.

The CEO of EMO gave and interview today - I hope I haven't made a mistake. Drilling has started and they have over CAD40m in funding - so no more capital raises in the near future

Not a bad interview at all - though I think he needs to sharpen up his presenting style a little. How many times does he use the word "hope". I3e are not hoping, they are executing and planning - I would suggest he needs to get rid of this word from his vocabulary and substitute with "planning", "believe" or some other more upbeat adjective as appropriate. Also maybe have a couple of gin and tonics prior to the podcast to loosen up !

He didn't mention either the possible $45m drilling program at Simonette targeting 18,000 boepd which seems like a bit of a missed opportunity.

However, agreed - good to here him talking about the SP and good that they seem to be beefing up the PR.
