Hello lucky, you set a lot of question marks. Cyan entered the Smart market with very little assets compared to the big companies. After various necessary but costly improvements we have now reached the position where CC have several good sized Utilities placing orders. We have had various big possibles like Iran that have been stopped for political reasons, which could not be envisaged, however this time it appears all systems are go in India and surrounding areas. CC has probably attracted more customers by doing leasing and this latest OPEX will likely created great demand. It's all about money not just for CC but Utilities.
Orders are getting larger, example is JVVNL at 430,000 units and probably larger as we go ahead. I think there was some among us who thought it was not going to happen. Nothing materialises over night in Smart but I think India has decided to go for it at last..
If you are looking for short term gains (or losses) try FTSE100 as AIM is for developing companies who take a long time and sometimes never.
I think JC has calculated that with Anil and JST we have good openings.

Hello Vas, just had a chance to read BB. I think JC's EV talk probably relates to India but anybody who gets in that market anywhere is likely to make money.
I take your point about not averaging down too much but to withdraw.
My average, against normal practice, was becoming repetitive initially but following Greengrass (LOL) I bought/sold for a while and kept average reducing.
Then when we finally arrived at 1.5p that was the time to increase.
Having said all this you must have confidence in the product primarily or else get out.
With the likelihood that assets will reach £40m (25p) I think most long terms will be well covered.
I suppose this is all relevant to the actual time you entered Cyan shares.
With current interest I am sure it will go well beyond that but who knows.

We are all sitting in anticipation but not you. Or is it that you are but must not show it.
Everything takes time in India, as you know, however recent contracts JVVNL (430,000 units), more orders from Indore and Mysore, that unnamed order from Southern India, those, 2, orders from Thailand and their extended order, cannot all be bad what more do you want apart from getting 90% of India and whole of Thailand.
You are expecting too much, just speak to your broker and dig in, LOL, you know it makes sense.
My comments are a bit basic but I do get fed up with your constant whining.

Vas, with the information you turn up from time to time I am surprised you say you only have few shares.
Nobody knows any outcome even in UK but this the nearest CC has achieved in India and Thailand, via Anil and JST.
I would guess that on current contracts and break even only needing 500k units p.a. then 12p would seem a reasonable expectation for starters, so a chance at 4p would seem to be good punt.

Hi woolley, that's not ramping, I mainly went over old ground and it's fairly obvious Utilities after all these years will go for anything that does not cost is giving quick returns and is Secure.
As a shareholder do you see that as positive or are you no longer with us.

Just had a chance to read over recent events from Jan. I think that RF will take off in a big way in India, especially with private utilities, and surrounding countries. As JC has pointed out previously whilst RF costs a fraction more short term it wins over 10 years. The fact that INDORE has proved a success following MYSORE, and JVVNL who were forced to delay and could in the meantime have gone for something else, chose to stick with order of 430,000 units, says to me there is serious thought being given to CC. Once up and running it is quick to expand, quick to achieve returns and is Security proven.
I think the icing on the cake is OPEX which means that Utilities can update at no or little cost which caused delays in the past and EESL resolved. I feel this new model is an open door to rapid expansion and will now revolve around supply and demand.

Well ITT as ever I don't think so.
I feel sure things like paperwork are going through for various contracts. If Anil had given say 3 weeks and not happened then certain people would have been all over it. After all this time just have a bit more patience.
We are the investors, JC is the CEO. However certain parties think they can run it better, they should apply to be an assistant.
May be I should in support, LOL. We are nearly there don't muck it up now.

Don't wriggle in your seat too soon ITT, 3 weeks is nothing in the Smart World but soon I am sure.
I think your 6 to7p will soon be achieved. I have never seen so many orders running plus so many possible expected orders. I am looking for at least 15p by 31/03/21 Y/E. Hopefully much much more heading towards £1.
I feel that 500,000 to 1,000,000 orders will soon be normal placements. Look at it from client angle, they have long awaited a result for Smart which is going to save their loss making industry, along comes a solution which does not cost anything up front (if required), shows almost immediate returns and is fast to install.
The next thing is for those Utilities to secure continuous meter supply not keep waiting for further tenders which may create different work practices. I feel that CC is due for an explosion of contracts, mainly because OPEX has now opened the door.

Well that is frank woolley, some people go with the tide whilst probably doing the opposite trades.
Some that have not averaged may be waiting a while.
I think we can safely say that CC has not had this much activity all at the same time.

Not going to get drawn into one of your one liners which usually ignores everything else.
Most readers know what I mean, even you were recently exalting Bangladesh situation which was not so simplistic.
From early days you have, with all your knowledge, said OMNI is not needed and a waste of development funds.
Well I would suggest you were totally wrong on that account and OMNI, yes that's the word, has taken off and could be very big, with it's R&D now capable of Cellular making it a total all rounder.

Well woolley just may be Santa has called. You look at these things seriously, not pass comments, what do you think of Thailand. Look at the existing paperwork first.

Don't forget India has been chopping and changing over the years but now seems to be setting a course.
Thailand and may be surrounding countries will be good for us.

A good summary Vas, I think you fell short on current situation.
I do tend to " look on the bright side of life " but these past few months have changed the scene and next year looks very good. I even think the UK 'notspots' will pick up with tower blocks etc being forced into recognition.
With the Omni now able to meet all market needs by covering CC RF/SIM it seems able to do everything.
With Thailand now well underway I would not be surprised if they place much larger orders, MEA has about 4m customers and PEA (yet to be onboard) has about 20m customers, I think the two cover the whole country. If they are set on CC RF I should think they may go for much larger numbers possibly half of the totals, 2m and 10m., if CC agrees to reduced deposits say by half. It cuts down on paperwork and tenders. Likewise INDORE etc might like to go for the same.
I say this because they seem to be satisfied with product and placing repeat orders. Also JVVNL have started off with very large order so are not dilly dallying.
Only my opinion, DYOR.
