Just another thought LTI.. I do not know much about this but is CAPEX now being superseded by OPEX.
Could it be that the advances and loans that were designed to come from EESL to help with finances is now not needed so much as loans could be obtained from World Bank making Utilities more independent.

Thank you for your thoughts Colour. I think I know my way around shares, true mainly FTSE100/250. It is possible that I have been dealing longer than you have been alive, just hope I get an outcome on CC early enough to spend it.
Regarding J&K, it is only another Utility which CC can add or not add to the books but its more the question of has there been double dealing going on. I don't know and it appears neither do you. I don't suppose the Chinese companies for all their size are going to get a good reception around the world especially if state controlled.
Have to wait and see on J&K, my eyes are on Thailand and what influence JST and Forth have.

Well Colour I think we should tick the box NONE OF THESE.
CC is doing very well with JVVNL 430,000 units and Indore, Mysore, Tangedco, MEA Thailand X 2. All current and increasing.
There will no doubt be others this year.
Back to J&K, was L+T and CC part of the bid or was it not, don't tell me you don't know, you know everything,LOL.
As you have said to me previously a simple 'Yes' or 'No'.

All these updates from JC take a long time as you know, comes with the territory.

Well Colour your trade mark, avoid the question. Was Techno, L+T, CC all part of the bid for J&K. If not what's this all about. Was the expertise of these companies used to win the bid and if the price was so expensively high why were they used. All really depends on if they were part of that bid. I thought it was funny that RECPDCL said I believe that they were' found to be a subsiduary of a Chinese company'. That is playing at innocence.

We all know that Dongfang was only going to do. Now that this contract has been highlighted I should imagine L+T will not let it go at that. Also if they get back L+T they get the CC RF thrown in so no further holdups.
The question is, is L+T griping for nothing or did Techno go forward with L+T and CC presenting the bid or did that not happen. If the three presented the bid why did Techno use this duo when it knew the price was too high and why was it accepted. Also the World Bank did not seem happy. JC will give us a report when he has full facts I am sure. Patience.

Well Colour I will answer but that is it unless something interesting occurs.
£500m asset value would equate to an SP of £3 on 182m shares roughly.
Not a dratmic price when you consider the consolidation price of 28p. which
was it inself low because of slow market take up by India who had not quite
decided on which route to take.
Well it's all moving ahead now so coming months should prove fruitful.

Hello JCEP thanks for the tolerance. It is not my intension to argue. I think I took up the baton from somebody sometime in the past and it developed. Colour has the technical knowledge, I just read as many docs as I can find.
I feel that CC is in a good position for rapid expansion being a small company that needs to earn a few million as opposed to many millions. I see CC achieving £500 million asset in coming 2 years but this has been said before.

Thanks for that Vas, everything does take a long. However I think JC said that on winning MEA and immediate expansion contract that CC was found to be the best of the competitors and that was only last December. I understand MEA and PEA communicate with each other and recently PEA has had security problems. PEA will probably stick with their chosen route but you never know. Wasn't it Itron who had to buy an RF company last year.

Well Colour, if your broker doesn't quote average, %-/+, market averages etc then you need another broker.
It's all done on one line in total for that share. You can extend for individual transactions, all pretty basic.
Don't forget to look at my figures, must be wrong somewhere. What do you think.

It was a simple question which I opened to anyone.
Unless a figure is wrong or I am not calculating it correctly I thought it impressive.
Just may be there is no relationship but here goes again.
JVVNL 430,000 units = INR 1 £Billion = approx £10 milliion. With me so far.
JVVNL customer base 4,000,000 = on a straight equation X 8 £80 million, not likely that simple but you get the idea.
MEA Thailand has 4,000,000 customer base so same result £80 million but not likely.
PEA Thailand has 20,000,000 customer base so possibly £400 million, again not likely,
So in that group of possibles £560 million.
This is only for discussion, I may be told that I have a dot in the wrong place.
Plus all the other Indore's that are going on.

The £500k was to read £500m. Keys are too close.

Vas, do we know situation with G3 and CC, are we members. Did we attend the festival.
Colour responded to my thoughts on JVVNL and Thailand.
Anybody else got thoughts regarding these contracts, JVVNL was substantial and Thailands contracts have been extended quickly. There is a good chance that PEA Thailand with follow MEA.
The idea of being shareholders is to look for progress, if these 3 contracts run to full extent then we could achieve £500k asset value. Acknowledging obviously that these involve future leasing etc but they are only 3 contracts.
Pull my thoughts to pieces, the idea is to see what the future may hold.

A good piece of deduction from your Little Grey Cells but I didn't just pull the figures out of the air.
Unless one of the figures is wrong I calculated that the 430,000 unit HED contract which was quoted as INR 1 billion roughly equates to £10m. hence X 8 = £80m.
Looking at another hypothetical, Thailand in total has approx 24m. units if you X above by 48 you are talking £480m.
Obviously no contracts are anywhere near the same but that is just those contracts not Indore, Mysore etc. etc
All a play with numbers but makes you think of potential.

There was thought at the time of why JVVNL did not go through EESL, they must have worked on another calculation.
