Well jake if the intent was to wind people up I don't think you have succeeded.
A Fund sometimes pulls out of a loss but not if they see a turning point.
In the case of JC unless there has been some golden pay out for all of BOD it is most unlikely he will sell at a loss.
I have been into some FTSE100 companies, Centrica for one and another BG Exploration and come out on top, bit of luck maybe but equally anticipation.
I don't feel this with CC but perhaps you can enlighten me.
Shame of loose Anil but I am seeing production ramp up, Indore, JVVNL, Thailand expanding orders.
The new person has the skills to build on this.
So why have you along with Colour reached this down beat conclusion.

Colour/jake.. I think you are wrong on this occasion. Any fund would be selling at a loss so they would not be interested.
JC etc say openly that they have pumped millions into CC so they would want that covered at the very least.
I my mind CC is worth a considerable sum to shareholders so bid would have to be very competitive.
I feel we are a long way off any approaches being made which would have to be 100p+.

ITT, you are sweating on a takeover. My guess there is a lot of mileage in SP before major holders go in that direction, they would probably not even consider 100p, as Colour says they have a lot of ground to make up from earlier investment.
Should Trilliant try it would mean that CC is a winner and great opposition with a great sought after product.
They are not going to give CC away.

I think we all knew there was something afoot when there was no response to the earlier 'rumours'.
Anil seemed to have the right connections, came over as friendly and just may be he has moved up the ladder in Indian Government.
New chap has right credentials. SP should get a result.

ITT, it will probably be better than that. From about July onwards production began to flow again and just keeps increasing. If installations continue without further delays should be a good outcome by 31/3.
My personal opinion is that anybody who gets in at less than 10p is on a winner.

Don't get carried away Colour.. I can't remember at what price you bailed out but I bet you wished you had bought back in when at 1.79p (my last price). In company terms this loan is minor but obviously considered necessary to keep the order book flowing and will probably be repaid in a short space of time. They would most likely have gone for minor share issue but you know the comments that would have been incurred from you.
Anyway CC as I see it is about to breakout SP wise and increase its production by volumes.
It will be interesting to see if it has been necessary to increase the factory shift pattern from 1 to possibly 2 or even 3.
Still time to purchase Colour, if you can get hold of them.

Well archie I think you can say it has all changed in last 2 years. They, countries, were playing at it before. Now suddenly moderisation and climate is at the forefront. Everybody will want the latest in energy and technology and dare I say it quickly. I don't think India and it's people will be happy to sit on the 250m meters for 10 years, there must surely now be a massive push. Big money for the companies that are capable.

thanks but it's all guesswork.. I am basing it all on what has been going through the last couple of months.
Indore wanting more, JVVNL pushing on, the Thailand contracts. For a small company it is enough to start getting returns and as has been said reaching break even poss way beyond.
Even I would now urge JC to give us an update. May not be as bouncy as I would like but must be on the good side.
the Omni/Iot/Cellular must put CC in a very good position with Genus and the others, especially as they embedded CC and gave credit. Forth/JST and Thailand should be watched carefully and as they could explode rapidly.

If you were buying now at say 5.8p and we were looking for 10p by 31/12.
then a different world to your 30p ( which will come ).
We are on AIM, get over it and get the best out of it.

Hello jake.. You may be correct on EV chargers being paid for by phone but that would not be to the Utility. I think JC's intention is the meter owners pay and also Meters would fault find.
I don't think he would have brought the subject up if not doable.
