we approach the yearend a final thought.
The last 6 months has seen progress, contracts are starting to take off, the new advanced Omni (now a couple of years old) appears to be filling requirements, production of CC units at present is doubling bi-monthly and is capable of speeding up to meet volume orders as and when they come along, CC is installed in some meters of the 3 main Indian meter manufacturers who generally supply 50% of the Indian market, Thailand is taking off.
We now have on the scene S Chari, who with that amount of investment I feel thinks CC has a long way to go.
Who knows how many other investors are just below the notification levels. The dip to 2p earlier was a golden opportunity for somebody who felt CC was going to progress.
You never know with Smart what lies ahead but at present I feel the future is good but DYOR it's your money.

We all have our opinions.. I feel that CC position with R&D, current contracts, predicted future volume contracts means a prosperous 2021 and possibly in Q1 and Q2. Once the ball starts rolling who knows. After all these years years the desire to get India Smart up and running, plus Thailand is there.
That last big sell may be predicts a drop by 1p before New Year to re buy but I feel 10p could still be the order of the day.

An interesting turn of events.
If it is an Indian company based in UK who want to get on the BOD.
If they have bought on the open market and want to improve their position there could possibly be a share shortage, rise in SP and closing of spread. It's likely that holders will be reluctant to sell.
Wonder if we have any other shareholder surprises in the wings grabbing up any shed due to doomsday talk.
Recent Videos and talks show CC in a pretty good position for 2021 considering it's resilience to Cov19 holdups.

Agreed LTI yesterday was very interesting.
Reading back over last 6 months of presentations/videos and the sharp upward trend of the deliveries in India graph I think there is sufficient information to make decisions on. If we made 7p by the Christmas Exchange closing it could bode well for 31/12.

My weekend post...
I was impressed with recent presentations. I am not bothered with past performance and recognise a lot of R&D was necessary for a small company to produce software/hardware which can compete against the best in the World.
Impressed that Ratna requested to join CC from Trilliant, who we are told is our big competitor in India even although I understand they mainly deal with Head-End.
As we are looking for cash results I think all eyes should be on unit production graph which if carried on it's upward curve would be very interesting by next June. I hope Heather continues to produce it on a bi-monthly basis.
The Directors and line managers are responsible for the company performance, I am looking for increased value which I think JC is achieving.

So as not to waste this post arguing senselessly with you I would urge viewers to look at video again.
It says to me CC is going places especially with the OPEX model.
In India CC can stand alone in places doing the 'Full Monty' and for others like EESL provide 'last mile services', very handy if providing a 100% service (no gaps) at a good price.

Morning jake.. Hope you have a prosperous New Year. I have said several times limiting my posts to 2 a week but Colour pulls me back. I will now make it a resolution.
I agree anybody who did not average down is probably feeling it now. That is share dealing you work from the latest price so at present 10p would be 100% earnings and so on and so on.
I never get insider information. I speculate on what I read and pick up some on the ground basic info like where meters are going in in UK. If I had the opportunity of more information I would not disclose it here.
I would say that this BB is influential in that I feel Management monitors it and sets their pace against it.
I would think current Director purchases could be as a result of being called out for not having bought enough but equally could be a result of cheap price (5p) and not being seen at this level again.
The units delivery graph is going in a firm upward curve, so should that extrapolation continue just think what it would be like say next June. I would not put this share on the back burner.
Directors buys:
JC Buys 1.5m shares, holds 3.8m, total now 5.2m.
Heather Buys 0.3, holds 0.4m, total now 0.7m.
They may not have hard figures on future yet but being at the top have a fair idea of where CC will end up on 31/12/21.

Just watched video.. For an AIM company CC is now starting to take off. As I said recently I would like to see output double every couple of months. The working numbers are building and hopefully should soon be bolstered by volume orders. Must say doing well already. Look forward to a steady upward curve of chart this year who knows where it will be 12/21.

Hello Colour not still at it with jake. We all know that Directors have time limits set upon them for disclosures and purchases. It is more than likely that JC has better knowledge of CC than you, otherwise you would want to know why, LOL
There is surely a few bob coming to shareholders if you can keep your mouth shut. Not possible, I am a kamikaze pilot I hear you say. LOL, LOL, DYOR

I would definitely go for a strong buy. JC is buying these shares whereas he could have just have extended his loan owing's as a delay not a waver. I think he is confident that CC is about to take off and wants top up shares, very handy.
We may not hear the good news we are waiting for until any Directors time lapse occurs.
I feel certain big times are coming and 1.5m shares could be worth a fortune.

Back again.. Spent most of yesterday over Lakeside (M25) in a traffic jam.
As ever I would always like more from JC reports but as things go not bad and on the up.
With these current contracts playing out and new possibly volume ones around the corner now is the time for an improvement in SP.
Things never run smoothly in Smart. JC no doubt expected to announce the volume contracts before end of year but he does not set the time line. Promised a y/end report and thought get in now otherwise certain parties would accuse him of running it to the wire.

Well lucky it's good to get an outsiders view. My chart reads differently but all charts have the question mark.
I have just had a Chinese compulsory acquisition on a small company I was in recently, did not see it coming, fortunately came out on the right side but not as much as I wanted. Chart did not predict that.
In the case of CC it has been a long time in the making with many calls, however I think we have reached the advancement point despite all the other turning points.
The existing contracts together with longwinded UK payoff I feel should take us up the chart this coming year, following that we will see where we stand with volume contracts.

It was another example for CC that for all Colour's demoralising comments if the right excitement occurs and 5 years hence could see doubling volumes time after time then who knows outcome.

Prime example of Sentiment.
Especially the P/E ratio.
