Hello jake.. Totally agree, in my younger days I would have been going with dividends etc. However more recently I have been going more for SP on FTSE than dividend/low dividend stocks.
AIM companies are a risk and need thinking about. I think CC is about there.
As Pedro says I expect an update shortly on deliveries and BI contract and possibly Thailand deliveries.

Hello ITT.. In my younger days I went for dividend stocks but now I just go for straight payments. AIM on an ISA for several years means no stamp duty, no capital gains tax and the wife.
Dividends are wasted on me I would rather it went into expansion.
Good move to buy more in my opinion, there is a lot to come if all that has been said over the last few months pans out.
I would not be surprised if Colour, for all of his negative stupidity, is still buying.

ITT, as I see it that's only book keeping and is offset by share premium account. Unless you know otherwise I take it that is cash you and I have put in over the years and will get back back in the way of SP if you hang around.

Well Colour, I don't see CC going for song unless CC suddenly gets a knock back like another company getting near to the product. At present there is probably a worldwide demand for 'last mile' as being the finishing touch to a 100% meter system regardless of who provides the product.
At present CC RF can accommodate most Smart meters by most manufacturers, a wise move by JC to keep putting final touches to CC's R&D.
As CC provide a cost effective product I do not think JC would consider an offer of less than £2 to £3 pounds.
Only my thoughts but this has been a log time in the making and I am sure will not go cheaply.

£65m, ITT. That's not exactly right. There is money in the bank and all previous expenses have been taken care of in the past. So for any onlookers do not mislead them unless you have something you wish to share.

You are still floating a buy out etc. If anything it would be unlikely at this stage unless a management buyout but that would be suspicious.
This 3 months should give us a would indication for remainder of year, I think it should go well as contracts expanding and most R&D done for Omni.

Hi All.. The India and Thailand contracts seem to be progressing well. I expect more contract news shortly if the enthusiasm of JC/Heather materialises. If BI comes good there is a big market there, I think JC said we had fail safes in position with CC RF but you never know. There may well be an update next Monday as Pedro believes. As CC RF is a very useful but minor product it could be that no interest is shown in it beyond a contract. It can be used for the whole concept but just as likely the 'last mile' aspect. However the current numbers with BI are important so I should imagine JC will publish results and tell us the next step with BI contract.

Hello Pedro/LTI.. Did not realise the BI agreement time had gone by. Over this time I have asked for updates but it may well be a sensitive area.
For new onlookers CC entered into an agreement which allowed BI to engineer CC RF software into BI meters as opposed to an add-on from CC. BI rebuilt its factory to accommodate the upgrade. This would allow BI to sell into its own large markets and CC get paid for it plus licence to individual customers when Turnkey made meters live

LTI, only a bit of day dreaming but should there be a 20% 'notspot'( 50m units), then 10m unit pipeline could well be on the cards. Doesn't mean to say CC would get it but Indore and JVVNL and Thailand would prove valuable evidence of capability and with that testimony would not need further proof and Intellismart did invite CC to roundtable. meeting.

All in good time you two. S.Chari is probably not bothered whatsoever. May be he is thinking as long as I can get my bulk at under 10p I am on a winner.
With CC any statements like volume orders to come are always subject to slippage, as Colour says its India, so nothing is done on time. However currently is does get done quicker because Modi wants to bring India up to date quickly, not been attempted before.
We are all waiting upon these new volume orders and hopefully pipelines but in the meantime it would appear that our costs and breakeven are being met through our module production and transfer to the meter manufactures with hopefully the one month settlement. So cash flowing, that has not happened before.
What I would like to see (possibly dreaming) is Intellismart (EESL) give CC a pipeline order of 10m units. That would be a good backup for them to be able to provide a 100% connection for all customers. Don't forget CC has proved itself very reliable and under most conditions.

Well Colour that was the answer to 2cv's question. If he lived there already then he did not retire to France he was there.
If you remember that was the time that CC was cash strapped and I think SS made the grand sacrifice.

Well Colour, as you were good enough to ask I still think CC is progressing, with the deliveries taking precedent to achieve income, management movements are a bit of an unknown but would not think JC did anything to upset the applecart in India. With nearly a million units in progress CC should see gains soon.
Thailand is probably progressing well with MEA and hopefully expanding to their full 4m customers and possibly PEA the other Utility with 20m customers seeing MEA's gains.
UK SMETS2 will at sometime come into making returns but Covid has hampered that for now.
