We nearly touched 10p at Christmas when you were still threatening 2p. You yourself have said several times that India runs at a very slow pace. So predictions are often hopes timewise but we are getting there and leaving your predictions way behind. Hopefully Heather will be publishing her delivery graph again soon and you can pick that to pieces.
In the mean time go and do your job which you are probably being paid much too much for.

Well jake only my thoughts of course. £185m = £1. Asset value starting point..
Right, 1m unit order book India = £20m. Possible volume orders 5m units = £100m. Possibly 5m units in total Thailand, then BI, Europe, any pipeline orders EESL then UK eventually, possibly Africa, longshot Iran, China, via BI already said.
My rationale only theorising but good chances amongst them.

Lost a message

Must be coming up close to an update.
When orders are placed it then takes a while for the lead to pass the contracts down the pipe.
My feelings are anybody who sells now may well regret it, I could be totally wrong.
To me the bottom line here is that India wants to get underway whilst this government is in power.
CC RF could do well with its fast rollout and Canopy being able to expand rapidly.
Is it now down to the paperwork, who knows.

that was an opinion. At present I would be happy with 10>15p. My worry zone against a takeover is up to 50p. After that I consider bids would move up the pecking order to richer buyers. I was thinking along the lines of our recent S. Chari who could be considering a low cost gamble before 50p.. Do read my Sat 11:40, a local newspaper but informative.
My ramp if I have one is I feel CC is about to burst forth in India and Thailand and make a big killing. Naturally only my thoughts but I have been with CC for a considerable time. We are on AIM which is a risk but sometimes comes good.

Summary of my thoughts regarding CC RF, only mine so DYOR.
As I see it, product is now of interest throughout India, either 'last mile' or full canopy.
My concern is to see SP rapidly rise to 50p and take it out of my estimated buyout zone and of course for value as well.

All smart meter systems need final connection capability and reliability. Security now plays an important part.
Whether or not all the viewing States take up CC RF or not the fact is that there has been great interest re RF which was not there previously.

Money plays a big part in negotiations but equally as with Indore quick returns are a deciding factor when millions of pounds of losses occur each year, CC are providing a fast solution. I feel sure demand will grow rapidly.

Still cold should cheer up in coming week.

Everybody knows a tender goes out for multiple responses, otherwise why tender.
The point you have missed is opportunities. Scenario: there are 10 possible, Itron is 1, so 9 more, CC is allied to 4 of these, CC does not do the bid but the add-on, 3 are the biggest manufacturers in India, India wants 'made in India', Indore did not necessarily go for the cheapest but maybe, times have changed, India wants it now or at least as early as poss.
That's all I was saying, DYOR all.

A further thought, I think that Itron bought Sensus, one of CC's rivals.
The draw back for them would be that unlike CC they then became attached one meter (Itron).
India likes a selection of Tenderers and CC is in most of the big Meters so stands a better chance numerically.

Just a further thought. CC has moved a long way with CC RF, with IoT, Cellular, long range etc. As India is now heavy on 'made in India' and I think CC can perform the functions required and they are a good price and in with India's leading meter manufacturers, I think CC should do well in West Bengal.
Although luck comes into contracts so does price, efficiency and speed. CC RF is up there.

The only downside to all this jake is I believe Itron bought their own smart comms company.
May be it did not work out.
I don't think we will be short of contracts though.
