Sorry jake, an explanation. I was itemising what a company of 182m shares would be worth with an asset of £100m.
CC has current orders of £50m. with high mark up. Heather is expecting further good sized orders shortly, the current contracts are in areas (Indore, JVVNLetc) that are likely to rapidly expand as they are actually making money as meters are going in so will want to speed up faster than the 2 year completion dates, the Cov19 appears to be getting a vaccine so hopefully will decline over coming 6 months.
If we are holding our own in current climate then things will improve rapidly.

After all this time despite how slow India is in administration you expect CC to pull a rabbit out of the hat over night.
Majority of the long term investors are still in, small company small investment so why not hang in.
Indore etc have done alright and the whole of India is to be tackled so CC should poss get 20% then there is UK and Thailand ( if they do not get an uprising).
We are on AIM so there an inherent risk but still very good prospects.
A CC asset value of £100m would equal 50p, so I believe SP is well under valued.
Cheer up Colour, our involvement is a pittance but could very well be an earner.

To me feels like a dealers setup for movement, worth a least 5p now in my opinion and any news will lift it.

I must admit being surprised at 3.9p buy.
Thought that I had caught the bottom but then again if JC comes out with a corker, as Heather was suggesting, could see that double or treble. You just never know , it has happened before.

Hello Colour, not 31/12 yet.
jake, I went with Greengrass thoughts at 5.6p. surmised a ceiling at 5.6p until news, took a risk that what is predicted does not happen overnight and was only stated in September so did a sell/buy with part, back in on the 4p. with a lower average.
You have to keep on top of AIM jake not curse it.

Trouble is jake you only see what you want to see. Relating to Smart we all know that news over time has been in short supply and has lead to ups and downs due to the gaps and changing policies.
Just recently upon news CC rose from 1.8p to 5.6p a rise of 300% for some lucky person.
You must have learnt by now that AIM is chancy but the right judgement pays off. We do go to extremes before each bit of news admittedly but not much to between times, if you sense a dip sell then buy. I think JC is hard pressed to provide good news consistently but when it comes you get a bounce, that's AIM.
To a buyer shares are only what they are at the time, so you buy at 1.8p and if lucky sell near 5.6p. Happy, certainly.
Then along comes ITT asks JC to declare wins slowly so that he can buy and sell, then worries and starts talking the shares down. Too late as must be near an update.

Well Colour, as I say anybody holding at 5.6 has had a 30% drop but normal from a height until next news.
Further thought on ITT, does his change of stance means that he has done a Greengrass, sold high and hoping for 3p. LOL

Isn't everybody down 30% from 5.6p. We all know how it works whilst waiting for update.
Pity India does not work quicker. Then again look at UK delays due to Government involvement.

Well Colour you know more about India than me, nothing is straight forward but I don't think you can lay it on CC's doorstep.
Whether or not with the current situation CC delivers orders on time is yet to be seen but JC thinks it will.
With the current orders I feel things are looking positive, a million units or so going through India, Thailand, Europe.
Not forgetting good old UK where I am hopeful the CC element will start earlier than last knockings, customers looking for Smart and raising the issue of being overlooked because of their location.

Not exactly Colour, I think you are referring to Indore where following Government praises orders spun off of it.
JVVNL was the delayed one (Government) and then a big order, you remember surely.

Don't try that one colour. I said good for somebody. It is a good size but not exactly your big orders which you say everybody must have. So what did you think of the JVVNL order, I don't thiink you spoke too highly of it.
So CC have 200,000 here, 200,00 there , 400,000 etc surely by comparison these numbers must be very good.

Bearing in mind date and that comms is a sub contract so may not be finalised yet.
Is that 500k units, not exactly mammoth but good for somebody.

Nice idea being so crucial Colour but I think the similarity would be more aligned to BAe and the likes. When I held them the Golden Share was a pain as everything rotated around it.

So Colour what are your thoughts regarding Iran and electricty meters.

It will be interesting to see what happens regarding electricity meters in Iran if Biden decides to ease off of the country's restrictions which he appears to have intentions of.

Well Colour, I can go along with your concerns as CC has been struggling over the years with one setback after another but mainly through politics and delays in UK and India, in an area that big companies can breeze through money wise. CC is an add on piece of equipment and therefore relies on the whims of manufacturers for presentation and has to go with their bidding. However with the success of Indore acknowledged by Indian Government I think the remainder of this financial year and the next will see much bigger contracts and profits. Now DCU's are incorporated in meters, if I am correct, then may be they will not have to be positioned, speeding up general installation time.
Give it a few months and then we can all rethink it. If what has been said at Presentation is anywhere near accurate then SP should be on an upward curve.
