Penguins: There is some truth in the fact I objected (rightfully) to developers building on “best and most valuable” grade 3a farm land. They distroyed a 52 ha farm. The farmer hanged himself, they had to build an accessable SANG , And play area, adult outdoor gym area., orchard, allotments, by trigger points. First house and 100th house. This was to make it a sustainable development and aleaviat pressures on the solent SPA and National Park
None have been done and they are at house 166.
They also have ignored noise and vibration conditions , use no baffles whilst pile driving ..
They also dumped thousands of tons of soIL, concrete and tarmac ( hazardous substance ) on the grade 3a farmland that will be the SANG.
They have not been stopped by the council.
This is a national house builder that Boris visits regularly.
The council have taken the cash from contributions to transport , sport , bus shelters and I can see no visible spend of that money.
And the bus service that stops at the entrance to the development had its funding removed.
Horse hill would be far better in my back garden than a TW development
