Does that mean you think are cash levels are rising ?
Here is my justification for the comment .... we have no income and each month we have expenses .... that leads to cash dwindling ? Unless I am missing something. In your post you then pointed out all of the things we are spending cash on .... so once again, no income ... One off and recurring expenditure.... cash levels fall. Please let me know how you see it differently.... just to be absolutely clear you say we have enough cash to see us in to 2020 .... I say I am not sure that is the case but even if you are right BOD can not let cash level fall below a certain point which is probably reached in the next 2 months or so.... so we have a difference of @6 months .... this is not a large difference in the grand scheme of things ... our cash position is fast eroding in either scenario.... you clearly don’t like the term dwindling so let’s agree on another, you can choose .... eroding, depleting, drawing down, diminishing, falling, being consumed .... you get the point
