RE: VAL's9 Jul 2018 23:23
I think before making a decision you need to remember how far the BOD have progressed the compounds, 201 picked up off the floor or a bin in CRUK from 2 Italian scientists (think they are still in for royalties) and 401 a reformulation of risperidrone. They have bought 401 through to a commercial stage discussion now, yes talking commercially!! (details can be found in RNS dated 14th June ''These current and future development updates now focus on the commercial aspects of the completed science development'' we are also due the Clinical Study report which is supposed to be released this month. Dismiss changing management straight away, just delay things by another year and getting even more frustrated. Please find another Bio pharma development company in the UK as advanced as VAL, you simply won't, N4P and IMM have taken an absolute kicking recently due to their products failing at Phase II. 401 is past Phase II with good results on only 8 patients or so, wait until they can open up to a wider audience and hit NSCLC at an earlier stage (this is what the large farms will be interested in) again found in 14th June RNS talking to the advisory board, now we are waiting awaiting commercial negotiations relating to 401. Yes dilution is not great and a bit of a kick in the teeth, but how do companies like VAL exist, through AIM and fundraising. I would rather make some money through more shares in circulation or no money at all with the company going bust, think about your decision! Its a yes from me!! ATB :)
