Inanco, time will tell, yes absolutely, there is a timeline to all products, 401 seems to be the closest product in the arsenal to commercialisation, now isn’t that the reason for investing?

Chelsea, I don’t think anyone else raises the Sclp vs Val debate on here but yourself. I liked your post yesterday morning, very true regarding the sector and general market uncertainty at the moment, but if we could keep the discussion here to Val that would be most grateful, have a nice Xmas.

Can remember George stating in a proactive interview a few months back that large pharmaceutical companies are watching Vals every move when it comes to 201, great news with regards to PSA levels reducing, would be interesting to see how the 16mg/kg doses are progressing, as that measure got approved by the MHRA last year.

Agree noise, let the data show us, might get a bit of excitement in the lead up due to FOMO (fear of missing out) :)

From the last 201 data released ‘All patients dosed at 4.0mg/kg have shown an improvement in PSA doubling time or a reduction in PSA levels’ can’t wait to see the patients response to 16mg/kg :)

Woody, I think what is important to review is from Advisory board of UK Key Opinion Leaders ("Advisory Board") RNS it was mentioned ‘’ In particular the need for a treatment that can be used to alleviate symptoms even in end-stage patients was highlighted and that the co-prescription of a drug to provide supportive benefits in addition to anti-cancer benefits would be valuable from the beginning of the patient journey, alongside currently used approaches ‘’ the trial in Georgia was trialled in stage VI late lung cancer patients, with the OS and PFS extended 10.9 weeks and 7.2 weeks respectively. Now what happens if they approach it much earlier in the patient journey as mentioned by the participants individual comments in the RNS 14th June

It’s the clinical study report on 401 currently with the Ministry of Health in Tbilisi which was filed before the end of July, GM stated 3 - 6 months on the proactive interview, could this be the final piece of the jigsaw before activity?

Keytruda - Merck, was on BBC South today last night. Cant be used after 2 years of use due to no further evidence / history of its use to support it. Think NICE restricted its use but are looking to change it early next year.
