Just want to reference my earlier post in regards to the MHRA approving an increase to 16mg back in dec 18, surely they wouldn’t do this if lower doses say 8s weren’t showing some promise? Thoughts?

Grace, great post. Would you think that 201 could work in combination with Keytruda for example? I would expect Keytruda - Merck to be sniffing around. Or possibly the Jap that are investigating 301? Imagine a bidding war over it :) As you mention I am expecting better results from 201 than 4D, would we be notified if anyone had passed away during the 201 trial to date? I’m sure from the last set of results there was a mention of someone recovering from treatment so well they were playing golf again?! Can’t remember where I heard that :)

I just keep looking at 4D with their 26 August announcement. Similar trial 12 patients but in combination with Keytruda. 5 patients with a positive reaction. Let’s see what 201 brings on its own, but in combo with another drug such as Keytruda sky is the limit. Also looking forward to what this Jap Pharma evaluation on 301, exciting times.........at long bloody last!! As others have posted great work by Fred, Valju etc also, wouldn’t even be here today without their intervention:)

What’s everyone’s opinion on where the MCAP should be? Nearly 2 bill shares in issue puts me off slightly
