Bazz Hi, Just a quick one, I use the CGT calculator for all my TW trades. When I put in my trade for INL it did not register ?? When using this calculator can you mix trades ? I know INL is a special one that you dont pay Stamp duty on, maybe this is why the calculator does not recognise INL ?????? very strange and can you help on this one. Cheers Tom :-))) ???

Wallace Hi, You need to check if your trade went through as there is no sign of your trade on the ISL share trades. I know you said you had a mess up yesterday, maybe you cancelled but did not get in ????? Check it out ASAP. Cheers and I hope it went through for you, Tom :-))))))

I am hoping that this will hit 0.78 / 0.80 tomorrow, today's increase is great and should close at 0.73 / 0.74 possibly. If it does gain 4-5 p today there is no reason at all why we should not hit the high 0.80 ish.

Fordy Hi, Welcome to you, and well done in getting in at £0.696p. I bought in last week at 0.695 so no real difference. With the expected very good new's / results we should do a lot better when the results appear, so hang in there, we think they will be out tomorrow or the day after, but I am not sure. Its looks good as there are many top ups this morning in anticipation of the good results. In regards of trade as best maybe Bazz or Ice can advise. Bazz Hi, Wow what a result so far, did not see this coming so quick, some have sold earlier on at .70 ish and I bet they are kicking themselves now. I do not understand these sells before the results have even come out ?????? seems a bit daft, but everyone to their own. Thanks very much for your advise on this share, if it was not for you I would not have got stuck in. This is the only time I have bought into another share apart from TW, bit frightened to do so as I am now retired and playing with the savings, but with a little support from you I made the jump. I don't often do this, but there you go, I only hope Ice got in first thing this morning at the low .693, as he said he might have a go. All the reading up has pointed to a great performance this year so far and to see a rise IMO is inevitable, only thing is " How high will it be " At the moment there is no bad news floating around so up is the place to be. Hi ya, I think from the reports I have heard and read you may be quite right. They have done very well so far this year and their future seem to be firm. My personal gut feeling is that we should see 74/76+ after the report is issued, then a possible fall back to 70/72, but that's my opinion only. The last trading update 23rd July 2015 read:- The Board of Inland Homes provides the following update on trading ahead of its preliminary results announcement for the twelve months ended 30 June 2014, which will be released in September 2015. The Group's performance for the year ended 30 June 2015 has been extremely strong and, as reported on 17 June 2015, the profit before tax will be significantly ahead of the then consensus forecast in the market of £12.7m. The performance in the first half of the financial year was driven primarily by our house building operations, which was followed by profitable land sales in the second half. The land bank has also continued to grow, notwithstanding the land sales during the year. As far as my research goes NO bad new's has arisen to date only positive new's so far, so I think this speaks for itself. Good luck to all Tom :-)))

Ice Hi, The way I look at it is, this sp has not really moved and has been slowly shifting from between 69/70p. I bought 94K shares at .695 so even if the news is not up to expectations the sp may drop to 68p then creep back to 69/70 so nothing really gained but nothing lost. On the other hand this is a good company and it is highly anticipated that the results will be very good and if so theoretically the sp should rise, how high I have not a clue, but it is thought around 74/80p we wish !!!! On this assumption I will hold until the results to see what happens, but either way I do not think it will lose. IMO of course. What do you think, best think about it over the w/e and make your mind up Monday ?? Have a great w/e Tom :-))))))))))))))

Hi ya, Yes same as you. I only hold INL & TW and agree with you totally. Lets see what the end of the month brings after the results. INL is a good company and has great expectations that is paying off for them. They were recommended to me from some friends and I also know a good friend that is related to the chief director and he holds these shares and has done since 13p so lets hope we do as well as he has. Ice Hi, I have just bought into INL at 94K shares @ £65K and I think we might get to mid 70p by 30th sept !!!!! MAYBE!!!!!!!! with good results. Bazz has given his opinion of high 70's which will be great for me, lots of profit. But this share is not moving at all so the £65K investment I have has hit me as I should have kept the faith with TW and threw the money in at 195 and sold today at 205+ that would be another £3k profit, then bought into INL later on today. If INL do come up with the action and close at 75-80p that will double my profit, but that's a gamble that could not materialise. So I am a bit 50/50 ??? There should have been loads of interest if the anticipated Good results are out end of this month ????? but where are they ???? Cheers Tom :-) I can not see why the SP does not rise and fall, but gets stagnant between a few pence, so to buy in big and have to wait does not pay off IMO, only if you buy in really big and have the time to wait for the dips and rises.
