Inland Homes have bought the grade II listed building on Vine Street which was owned by the family for generations. Sir Randall said: "It was always going to be a wrench for myself and my fellow shareholders to sell the property after all the years in our family’s ownership." He added: "However, we are excited by the very real interest taken by Inland Homes in the heritage aspects of the building and site. "I am really looking forward to seeing the building being revitalised in the next part of its evolution.” The developers have said they plan to keep the art deco element of the building, but will transform it into a mixture of commercial and residential property. They have also expressed a keen interest in the exterior of the Randall’s building for its modernist design. Chief Executive of Inland Homes Stephen Wicks said: “People are understandably fond of the Randall’s building, which is part of the fabric of Uxbridge. "We are looking forward to working out a detailed plan for development which cherishes its illustrious history.”

Bazz Hi, Just a quick queerie, do in your opinion think maybe the current SP has alreday taken into account the " Very good new's " especially with the rise on Friday / Monday. The results are only going to be what people and the market are already expecting !!!! or are my thought going down the wrong road ?? I am puzzled as the sp is already dropping back !!! when it should be stabalised at around 73 ish awaiting the results. On the other hand a great opportunity to buy. Cheers Tom :-))

Karma hi, Well done at the buy in price, I paid .745 last week in anticipation but alas it has now dropped. But as they say never mind tomorrow is another day. I am sure they will get themselves back up soon. I think live is 705 at the moment so get in quick, it may even drop a little more. BOL Tom :-)))

findahappyplace Hi, Sounds sense and thanks for your input. I agree with you about some are still unnerved by the late results and it is reflecting in the sales of 1000's of shares and the loss of shareholders. I would have thought at least they should have given their SH's a bit more comforting new's at the very least, but they did not consider this appropriate, bad move IMO. It would be in their interest to make a short statement and show their cards and give SH's a bit of support and hope, for it is their money they are dealing with. Alpha Hi, I think you are quite right, oh well at least I still hold so that's what counts. INL are a good company and well worth investing into so I am quite happy as things will change quite soon. Its now a waiting game, but I would prefer sooner than later. GL Tom :-)))

cmc Hi, I still think they should have told their share holders so they could make their own minds up whether to buy or not. Maybe a lot of investors sold for cheaper than they purchased in the view of a further fall due to the none release of the report thus losing any profit that they thought they may make. I was going to sell but did not. Hope you are right and the report is publishes sooner than later. Cheers and best of luck Tom :-))))

Bazz Hi, That rings a bell !!! I think INL knew that the results would not be issued today and did not warn their shareholders. If they had I for one would not have purchased shares at a cost of 745 that dropped on the news that the results would now be issued some time. ??????? This also has locked me in for who know's how long. I personally think this is a disgrace and bad business that has cost many shareholders to lose money today. Cheers Tom :-(((

Bazz Hi, On reflection and looking at the amount of volume sales to buys, IMO I feel that many people have in fact had a slight panic and SOLD due to the results not being issued. And as Simon stated this has no bearing on the operational performance of the company, that is true. When some settle down and realise that they should have held rather than sold they may well regret it. I think the SP will settle and may hit 73 / 74 by end of play today. Personally I do not think they intend to sell up as there is no real reason to do so, well that's IMO of course. Good luck all and I still think we should be buying rather than selling. Wallace Hi, Just think, if there is a buy out on the cards a big company will be in the frame. That means they have to pay for the shares we hold. As far as I am aware from past company buy outs, the Sp offered is good and IMO will and could be 80-90 PPS That of course is my opinion. I am sure Bazz or Josh can throw some light on the situation. I bought in at 745 so I am not really worried, yet. Lets see what others have to say as you are quite right it is our money that is invested and they should inform us more appropriately not just we will advise when ready, they should be much more professional than that. Sain Hi, Do you really feel that they could sell up sooner than later ? Surly this would be good for the SP that may rise on news of this Kind ?? All futures seem to be firm and ahead of expectations so why would he sell sooner ? Cheers Tom :-)))
