Ice Hi, At times Nano trade at low 24 and at high 26. Normally the SP is around 25 ish so it is a must buy at 24 if it comes along and a sell at 26/27+ 27.25 is the highest I have seen them. Have a good w/e ATB Tom :-))

Troubles / Nige Hi, Only done a small sale, 6000 at 203.25 and 2000 at 203.51 so 8k in total, nothing like Ice. I was going to sell more but stopped. I will keep that in cash and wait for a cliff hanger, lol. As troubles I too needed some more cash to take advantage of any 'cliffs'. Both have a great w/e and that goes to all. GLA Tom :-))

Ken Hi, Glad to hear you have done good, well done. I have just sold a rung at 203.51 and looking for another sell at 204. Must admit this is a great rise so as you say lets take a little profit while we can and wait for a fall back. In early UK company news, Berkeley Group Holdings said interim profit jumped 36% as its average house selling price increased. Good news for house builders !!!

Troubles / Nige hi, Further to what we were saying, I will set a limit today for a 25 or 50% sell for sure for 200, might do two sell rungs ?. That will cover me for a drop that I will use to buy back later. If we do crash out the markets will in any shadow of doubt fall maybe 10% so IMO we could see the 180s again. I would think this would then take a turn into the new year for a come back. As you know we have been here before even at 205 we still seen a fall back to below 190 so there will be further opportunities in the future for sure. I would hate to see a crash out but it might be good to hold 50% cash just in case. What are your thoughts. Just seen that Halifax have stated House prices continuing to rise. Cheers Tom :-))

Troubles Hi, Not done any impact assessment as such but I would suggest that it would be a total disaster if we just crashed out and it would have a huge negative impact to the market as a whole not just the housing sector, IMO of course. It is not looking too clever ATM and watching the BBC PM question time that is on now does not give me any confidence at all, its a joke as all they are doing is screaming and shouting at each other ( nothing New LOL ). I am seriously considering doing a 50% sell here if we see �2 by Friday to reduce that risk, always buy back. Cheers Tom :-))))
