Sain Hi, I appreciate your opinion but as you know SW is a very intelligent business man. You say "Wouldn't be at all surprised that this will now shortly come into play" but why would anybody SELL a thriving company when everything is going to plan, excellent annual reports, Land in their system, property recently purchased, etc etc. Not only has he a great and efficient Management team he has the backing and support from many. So I can not at the moment see your logic. If he wanted to sell up he would have done it by now and not be buying more properties for development. You may be right but taking that road does not make financial sense to me. Also I do not think he is in desperate need of money. That's IMO of course and maybe he may sell up in the next year or so, but later than sooner. Cheers and have a good w/e Tom :-)))

Don't know about others but I am a little disappointed with the SP today, it started ok first thing and I was expecting on the extremely good new's at least 78/80+ and for it to hold at about 76, but no fell back to 72 ish. any view's ??? Maybe as Bazz said after a couple of days after the market digest the results it might rise to a higher level. ATB Tom :-))

Ben Hi, I was wondering where you were and I do remember you from the TW board. Hope you are keeping well. All quite on the Western Front at the moment and as you say, hopefully we will see some movement tomorrow maybe. The only thing I hope is that after the anticipated good news the SP holds and does not withdraw back into the high 60's as many will sell a few to reap their profits. I just do not understand why people are selling shares just before the results are issued. I would think the opposite and be buying not selling. There must be some method in the madness but I can not see it ?? Only a few days to get topped up IMO of course. Good luck all Tom :-)))

Ben Hi, Yes you are right their financial report states October but no date. Friday is the last trading day and that is 30th but Thursday 29th could well be the day the report may be posted so if it is not delayed yet again ??? that is the date. Cheers and good luck Tom :-))))
