Nige hi, I agree with your points as TW have one of the largest Land banks out of all House Builders and they could use some of those sites for this purpose, especially seeing that the Gov may get involved with compulsory purchase if the Builders sit on the land waiting for the price to increase. We seem to have bounced back to 195.50 !! Cheers and have a great w/e. Tom :-))

Cd Hi, Yes agree about the prefabs and don't forget you have also to buy the Land to build on and get planning permission etc, also there are design and architects & surveyors costs, pain in the butt if you ask me. In respect to the self drive I totally agree that most people enjoy the driving experience especially me, I love it and find it exciting, relaxing and exhilarating at times. Cheers & GL. Tom :-))
