Troubles Hi,

It is a bit concerning to see you a little worried about this fall as its a first for you as far as I can remember. I totally agree this is a worry as now I am down nearly £40k here alone ( £50 overall ) so not happy ATM, with not a lot of confidence of a near turn around.
Something must be done to increase confidence again, what ? I do not know.
All I think is to sit and wait. Lets hope for a return to normal.

Yes I agree but now 1.16. I can not believe there are a lot of people selling at these low prices, surely its better waiting for the gamble of great news , baffles me. I am for holding for sure.

I know you said the other day you wanted to sell to purchase another property, but did not need to sell to proceed, you could always rent your current house it to a family through an agent !!!!!! then still proceed to buy another.

If you think your price is fair do not drop it. You can always put off the sale until the price recovers, at least you still have the property with no loss. Have you had a second opinion from another agent ??

I do wish you well but do what suits you as some agents just want a sale at whatever cost.

Maybe its purely down to the fact he has not got the results yet. The new exploration is good for the company. So patience is the key. Why do you state that GH is quick to try and ramp the price by announcing new explorations ?? that is a bit outrageous.

You appear to have a few good posts then ruin yourself with very poor ones with no real interest. Think before you post might be good advise

Maybe he is holding back to allow more share buys at such a low price ? But it would appear that many are selling !! maybe out of panic at the current fall now at 1.18 or down to the lack of confidence, who knows.

Personally I am down after buying at 0.0199 but am holding for good news I hope.

All markets are down big time today so are all my shares so TW are not the only to fall so far today.

Yes I can see what you mean but what I was saying is that IMO TW are now undervalued in respect to their current position financially and with their current Land bank. As PR said in the Half year report TW are on track to deliver the Board's expectations for 2018.
The current share price 1.70 compared with this time last year 1.91 is a lot lower and IMO down for the reasons mentioned earlier so in my opinion we are at this point in time undervalued as far as I can see.

The markets may see them as overvalued as you say but that is a point in time and could change very quickly as it has done many times before.

That's why I say keep the faith as I believe we will return to better times, maybe not this year but I am confident that we will sooner rather than later. We have been here before and will be here again for sure. I think we are at a low and could even hit mid 160's before a rise IMO of course.
