Terrace Hi,

The main reason is that TW are a very firm and financially secured company. They have a huge land bank and building all over the UK and parts of Spain. They have a very dedicated and professional team and they thrive forward most of the time. I admit they are struggling a bit as all other House builders ATM but that is due to circumstances beyond their control, however they are still up there with the best. Did you read and digest their Half yearly report ?

The markets are fully aware of this and are holding back mainly because of the unknowns and uncertainty with Brexit and good or bad deals on the carpet soon.
Many posters on this board have said the same over and over again so I do not understand why you think they are undervalued when IMO they are.

I have taken the advantage of purchasing more TW shares on the dips to reduce my avarage as most try to do so yes I have been topping up for that reason as the SP is low ATM IMO.

This is my opinion and not advice to others to buy or sell let me make that clear.

I hope that make my thoughts more clear and I don't know if any others think the same. Worth a wee discussion as not much more to do at the Mo.

The reason I find this strange is that RTC uses that term Rampymcrampface and has done on two occasions. I wonder if this is indeed someone that has re registered using that name as it is a coincidence with such a strange name.

I beg to differ but I did not say that DC's comments are tiring, what I said was " stop moaning it is tiring as others still keep the faith" in regards to the drop.
If you bothered to read my follow on post on Sat 16:10 I agreed with DC with his disappointment as I was down too, and I asked him to try and not worry.

In respect to my comment about the share being worth more than it is, all I say on that subject is that it is and most on here know that as a fact and I don't have to tell them the reasons or the logic as they already know including DC. So I am sorry that you find it tiring.

Yes totally agree as my solicitor did his homework, so did I.

I purchased a chalet bungalow in a private road that leads to a small cul de sac with only three properties. All the services were taken into the properties, mains, water, Gas, elec and Telephone cabling. I made sure myself that this was done before signing any documents prior to completion.

I find it hard to believe that anyone would buy a property without making sure all services including drainage was complete or even included ?????? This to me is bizarre.

Correct me if I am wrong but this latest issue did not mention TW or any of the other main builders. It shows one house out of a line that has partially been destroyed by a builder that has not been paid. This is not the first time this type of outrage from one man has happened, but come on its not the norm.
