UK rental is due to increase 15% in the next 5 years so this may tempt more first timers to invest in their first property. Best way forward. Rent has now become so expensive and a mortgage must be cheaper in a lot of cases.
Personally I started with a one bedroom flat, and never looked back. I do hope a lot more people have the chance to do the same.
Good luck to them I say.

There has been some monster buys so far today. Maybe the RNS is expected tomorrow, I hope so as the waiting is killing me. :-))

Buzz well said, I think everyone is getting rather peed off with these posts, even filtering is no good as the whole screen is full of Red filter messages. I am really surprised that LSE allow this nonsense as it is disruptive and offensive to many here.

I too am a little lost to see our SP fall away but I know TW will get back on form. All markets are taking a hammering due to the Brexit uncertainty but in time that will reverse I hope to better days. As you know we have been down the same road many times and have fought back.

Would be good to see a close at 174+

This board seems to have gone to the dogs with many arguing between each other. What about discussing GGP and not each other. There is a filter and report button so please use them and let other investors have a bit of peace.

Confidence appears to be drifting away, I was not expecting this fall after buying in at 0.0199. I know it was a high at the time but was expecting it to rise and not to fall to theses levels.
