Found this in my research re accounts.

When you buy shares, you can send the shares to the same Demat Account through multiple Trading Accounts. But at the time of selling, you will be able to sell only through one Trading Account, the account for which you have the POA mapped with the Demat. POA is required to debit shares online when the shares are sold.

Yes I know what you are saying and yes, I have 2 accounts one normal and the other ISA but with one company. Sorry what I meant was I did not think you could open an account with another company as in trading.

Char, only 12 weeks ago we were above £2+

£ 2.05 !!! How do you know it will not hit above £2 in the next 10/12 weeks, it would be nice to see how you have established that fact. A little proof would be nice to see or are you just guessing ????? You can not just come out with a statement of such importance to others without firm facts on how you came up with that assumption. The current SP of 176.78 is only approx 23p away from 200.00 so anything is possible.

I am a little frustrated to see a nice lift to 127+ then back to 124 what is it going to take for this to move North even 130 would have been nice to see. Good job that the RNS was reasonably good. !!!!!

Trev sorry re the Dividend tax use the attached calculator.

The way I use it is:-

1. Select Tax year 2017 /2018 in the first green box top left. Do not put anything in the green box below marked Dividend (NET): as this will come in automatically.
2. Type your total NET dividend
3. The amount of personal allowance you have : This is £ 5000 for 2017/2018
4.Then press Convert, this will fill in the green box Div net as said in item 1
5 then finally press calculate and this will detail any tax owed.

If say its £500 what I do is phone the TX man and advise that you own £500 for tax on dividends. They might even say how much divis did you get and they will do the cals themselves and add this to your tax cods to be paid the following year.

All you need to do is insert date of dividend for year 2017 / 2018 then the amount of personal allowance you have, press convert then press calculate and this will tell you if you owe any Dividend tax.

You can't do 2018 /2019 as that year has not finished, you can if you do not expect further dividend payments this
year.

This one is where you have to cut and paste from an excel sheet all your buys and sells as the example shown.

Do not include your dividends as now you have to declare the amount of dividends received separate.

Remember if you use your dividend payment to buy more shares these must be included and that will be subject to CGT. as that would be classified as a buy.

I really do not understand your post,one min you say they are very good and gave 5 very good reasons to buy, and you bought back in. The next sentence you contradict and say the SP will not get to £2 + My question is, why did you buy in when you obviously do not think the SP will get back to around £2 ??????? very bizarre.
