60k profit on an 200k invested here, I wish !!!!!

No way. Still down a bundle ( just over £20k ) here with an average at 196 ish. If I was 60K in profit I would sell up and wait for another drop lol.

Must admit if I had not bought a few nice cars I would have been well over the £60k so not complaining.

Nige, sorry forgot, HQ office's site and office staff, management etc etc, these have to be paid for. So at the end of the day most profit will be accounted for in these costs. Without profit there would be no company, then no houses.

Please can you point me to where it is stated that House builders made 60% profit on a £200k house build. Is this after paying for all materials and building costs, sub contractors, roads and landscape land other costs etc, etc.

This will not apply to all HB's and I really can not see this. Maybe one or two have made huge profits but not all I would say.

I could be wrong but when I worked for TW I assure you this was not the case. Also how many years has this occurred.
