Yes dead right, maybe those that bought had their sunglasses on or maybe they could not read !!!!! Even so as you say the agent must point out all clauses or even your solicitor, so no excuses IMO.

As I said this got flogged to death last year and it looks like an action replay lol.

I have bought many properties and have Never came up with a problem like this, as I read every word, line, sentence, and clause, then read it again at least 3 times before signing the dotted line.

I would not have the nerve to point out my stupidity in not knowing what I signed up for, shame on them.

Bet this will be flogged to death again, something to pass the time I suppose.
