there’s an entry 10/05/2019 that would imply it was around then that indo approached the courts with an alternative plan... which could have been updated between then and the subsequent submission... though i do like how the 3.6 works exactly with the dip a&b financing... some of the costs may have been carried forward from the earlier plan... based on an earlier forex more comparable to the 3.6:1... rather than the forex at the jrp reference date... and it makes sense to me to retain the at least the same level of investment from the earlier plan... even if it’s worth more locally... much less chance of opposition from those approving the jrp...

it’s also possible that some of the original $135m has been paid off... the schedule showing the o/s balance... or a %... they seem to use 10% a lot for the syndicate banks... is included in one or more of the other classes... and is paid earlier than the main amount...

exchange rates?... both ways possibly... depending how it was calculated on the original sheet...

the other thing that’s striking out at me from this... is the lbo credit payment... $43m 2025 to 2027... ~$130m total... whilst that hadn’t been agreed beforehand... it’s the basis of the approved jrp...

dip c loan finance... $85m ($45m 2020 / $40m 2021)... at a cost of $130m to the project...

i agree with that... but from the numbers on the spreadsheet... i get it to...
total 1.39mt stockpiles... less 1,148,207t spiral & pellet... assumes the other 241,793t is sinter...
revenue 20/21 for sinter = $17,419,444 / 241,793t = $72.04/t...

tc... check the us$ cash flow... years are offset... starting cell f4 not g4... means that the 2035 column isn’t included... just need they years pushing over and dragging the 2034 column into 2035 to add those values... giving a closing balance $1.14bn... ;)

bear in mind that anytime before we complete the settlement with the banks... we can...
