i wasn’t sure if... due to the sale being done in advance... he was alluding to the ships being sent by the buyer(s)... they turn up and we load it... if so... that would explain why the loaded od with 45,000t exactly... (does that shipping method happen?)... also why we’re not saying anything until it’s left and the shipment is completed...

was the question specifically about booking ships... or booking berths... the port schedules generally show berths... with the ships tbn...

input the 2.5x rise we’ve had in ore prices... i’m getting an increased ebitda from $2.6bn... to an eye watering $9.8bn... $577m av ebitda / year over the 17yr project life... is that right...

how did they get to the reported average ebitda of $136m per year... the projected p&l accounts show a total ebitda of $2.6bn... did they already allow for a couple of years delay agreeing the settlement with the banks... dividing $2.6bn by 19years instead of 17...

isn’t it weird by how much the value of the stockpiles has increased since the jrp plan... you couldn’t make it up... ;)

ah sorry... i’m referring to the agreed jrp plan yes... the basis of the jrp... not the agreed settlement offer from the banks... that’s not been disclosed yet no... but the courts are keeping back 10% of the proceeds from the initial 10%/$10m net that we’re currently shipping... so i can imagine it could be at least that...

lol... the dips are the only loans being made... none of the stockpiles are being used to pay off the secured bank credits... they’re paid off from new production in years 6-8...

it has... $15.6m... $5.4m in the 1st year... $10.2m in the 2nd... the rest is paid from new production years 3 to 6...

i’m inclined to stick with my interpretations and assume it’s us... us... and us... and indo have farmed us in on the project for that very reason... it being fully conditional on our part... as we see the project development progress adequately to support the investment inputs at the appropriate time...

i thought i’d take the liberty and correct that typo...
the lawyer added that he will have two more installments that cadence will pay for the project... one of $27.5 million and another of $85 million...

i agree tc... a valuation at 27% is pretty much obsolete now... where the project currently stands... as that was capped at $9m... due to indo’s option to buy it back if we didn’t exercise our 1st rights of refusal for the rest of the dip b financing...
