did you guys agree what the most likely payment terms will be... they could be targeting the $2.5m payments to small labour creditors before easter... if it is payment on sight/load/departure... courts and bank accounts seem to have been readied... and it would be nice easter egg if they did manage to achieve that...

it’s not automatic... it’s semi-automatic... we’re conditionally signed up for 20%+7%... dipa+b(1)... $2.5m+$3.5m=$6m... we have 1st dabs on the remaining dipb(2) 22% for $24m... dipa+b=$30m equity finance investment via pba... (have you seen the jrp spreadsheets)...

that program is already mapped out on page 10... they’ve allowed 2-years to ship the stockpiles... followed by another 14-years shipping the new processed ore from the mine... it’s the creditors that have delayed the start... fortunately for us... and them probably...

positive steps have been made... and we believe all parties are aligned to complete and execute this agreement...
confidence is high... i don’t see that urgency anymore... as long as it’s done before the 3rd ship sets off... to keep the momentum going... i’m still very confident that the courts will do what’s necessary to keep the momentum going now... if they do need to give anyone another polite dm up the backside... steady as she goes is good...
