ahhh... i see now... that could very well be the default... at dipa we get our 20% of the shares allotted for our initial $2.5m investment... and indo get their 51% of the shares allotted on the understanding that they transfer their credit at dipc... resulting in 71% of the share capital being owned by shareholders... the rest kept in treasury for the dipb and dipc financing stages...
kdnc 20/71% = 28%...
indo 51/71% = 72%...

at dipc (not including kdnc’s 1st right of refusal)... ownership will be...
kdnc 27/100% = 27%...
indo 73/100% = 73%...

or... at dipc (including kdnc’s 1st right of refusal)... ownership will be...
kdnc 49/100% = 49%...
indo 51/100% = 51%...

it is relevant actually... as someone has to pay that amount to set it up the companies share capital in the 1st place... particularly when investment is staged as it is here with the dips...
100 shares at nom $10 = $1,000...
1,000 shares at nom $1 = $1,000...
100,000 shares at nom $0.01 = $1,000...
i can’t see them going for 1,000 shares at $10,000 = $100m myself... personally...
because i like things simple... i’d go for either the 1st or 3rd one if it was me... so that shares or share (000’s) = % ownership...

not that i can see that happening at dipc... unless there’s a huge excess in the value of the stockpiles... lol... ;)

maybe one of the defaults is that indo don’t transfer their $49m credit into pba... but they still get their 51% shares... and we get $56m in cash...

depends on the nominal value they want to give the shares mainly... and how much they want to start it up with... $100 or $1,000...

i don’t know what the security or default conditions are that we have on indo... but i do still have a $7m shortfall in indo’s $49m credit... that gets them 51% of pba at the dipc financing stage... unless that’s simply the real value of the $49m credit going into pba as it’s paid back during the project is actually worth $56m at dipc...

the 49.9% is just a clause in the jv agreement... that simply means... if pba issued capital comprises of 100shares... once we get to 49% (49shares)... we can’t buy another one...

they could do it with 100... 20%... 27%... 49%... 20shares... 27shares... 49shares... particularly as the money goes to dev via loans... not dev equity...

still shows $0 paid up capital... for the singapore co...

dipa $2.5m for 20%... 100% $12.5m...

it has also been registered with no share capital... which ties in to my original assumptions that shares will be allotted as investment in provided... starting with our dips $2.5m... ;)

yes it is... our ship... #4... and it’s happening... it’s just coming round the bend now... nice and early... not due in port until tuesday... so hopefully the trackers will be working again... and we’ll have the big rns some people are waiting for...
