it was… and if you haven’t instructed your nominee account providers to give you the facility to vote on all your stocks you own… as and when an agm egm or similar vote is being held… you should do that now… for all your stocks really… as a general instruction / requirement… and exercise your voting powers every time… some do it electronically or over the phone… i like to do mine by post… so that i have a record of what votes i submit…

strange that… i thought it had the potential of being the deal of the century…

ev… i believe gerald’s ore is stockpiled at the mine… which we have agreed to move to the port at market rates… once the railroad is back in operation…

practical price… is what the majority… 75% is it… of the company owners are willing to sell it for… ganfeng have pitched it based on the market valuation… which as we all know… has a massive and unexplainable disparity with it’s real value…

which… as news has already noted on the other bb… our bod… and dl particularly… should be commended for having had our 70ktpa jv scoping study completed… much to the displeasure of bcn’s bod… do you think we knew back then that bcn were planning a deal like this with china… so we made sure we had a recognised value on the jv’s…

ob… i’ve always been of the opinion that if it came to a sale of the whole cake that is sonora… then it should be sold for the price of the slice that has been valued…

in light of some of the recent confusion around what is now being exported from sonora… in dev’s name… it brings back the question of the inconsistency over the amount of ore that is actually stockpiled… against that that is reportedly stockpiled by the various interested parties…
the jrp stockpiles are reported by us as being 1.39mt…
anglo pacific think that there’s 3mt stockpiled… as reported in their annual accounts… on which they think they’re due a royalty…
the secured bank creditors think they have a guarantee over all the ore… (although i don’t think we owe them that much do we)…
and then there’s indo… jrp clause 1.1.30… who have a $49m credit that… subject to them not defaulting… will be transferred into pba… which has a guarantee of 1.71mt ore against this credit…
so as has been discussed previously… does 1.39mt + 1.71mt = 3.1mt… rounded down to 3mt… and could it be that anglo are there about right with their annual accounts statement…
which may imply that dev could be shipping indo’s ore…

but… regardless of all that… imo… it’s all dev’s ore anyway… as is being logged in the export schedules… until dev are declared bankrupt that is… which will never happen under the jrp… not at these ore prices…

sounds more like a pledge to pay a creditors creditor… if the contested credit is judged to be valid… to me… thus missing out the middle man…
